I had stayed here for 1 night. The choice of the hotel was based on its close proximity to the VFS office. The staff are great. The food was like home food and very tasty. It is not a fancy place but it met my requirements.

Had a smooth and great experience staying with AiG broholic . I would like to visit them again if I have work in Hyderabad, best hotel to choose in Gachibowli surroundings. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality

Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

The location of the hotel is good and easy to reach. However, the stay was just okay. It doesn’t feel like a proper hotel. FAB Hotel should really reconsider being associated with this setup. This place mainly functions as a PG (paying guest accommodation) for students and working people, and only a few rooms are used for hotel guests. The environment is nothing like a 3-star hotel. The lift is old, dirty and smells bad. The beds have bugs, and the bedsheets and blankets are of very poor quality — even clean ones look used. Liquor bottles were lying around in the corridors here and there. The kitchen that serves breakfast is actually used for the PG residents and looked messy and unhygienic when I saw it at night. The staff, including housekeeping and front office, don’t look professional and the place lacks cleanliness. The bathroom, bed, bedsheets, blankets, and even the cupboard don’t give the feel of a hotel room. Overall, the stay was not comfortable.

Staff behavior especially persons (available from 11-14 in all shifts)in the front desk was not supporting. Very bad staff,
