FabHotel Prime Empyrean

The good - location - smooth check-in & out - clean room & toilet and overall cleanliness was good the bad - tv without channel, when we call them then the person came and say it's need recharge and then leave. nobody even care to recharge it at such good level of hotel. i mean if its 500-1000 inr stay i can understand they face such issue but here there is not communication made and nobody take care of issue - i have placed some food order at 12:30 for 4-5 items and haven't received food till 1:15 pm. so i called the reception and then they check, not the worst part they call me back and say that 3/5 items are not available and that too after my follow up for 45 mins. what they were doing for 45 mins ? it was really disappointed moment and last i need to go outside to find some food. overall it was not so good as only staying in good room can not be consider as good experience as experience is build by taking care of some basics, not expecting anything extra but the two points are mentioned i feel are not too much to ask for. internal communication is missing on high side.
