Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

enterence light from ground floor to 2 nd floor was poor.. A/c vet was not working properly. If you want start the geyser then you have to switched off the AC.. No minral water in the room...they gave normal water in the Kinley bottel . .... in the

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. The hotel staff only provided 2 limited one time option for breakfast, and it was brought from an outside food lorry, quality was worst. I ordered two aloo parathas as it was strictly said by hotel receptionist that only single serving will be done per person.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.
