Reached in the Hotel at 10AM.Requested Manager to allow us to drop luggage in the room before check in. He asked for Rs. 500 and we had to pay since we had to go to market immediately. He allowed only after paying Rs. 500. Very casual attitude and during discussion,not addressed us even once as Sir or Madam. Room allotted had insects allover and had to be changed at night. In the new room, condition was pathetic. Photographs have been shared. Would never ever visit fab hotels again.

FabHotel Jagadish Palace
This is not a genuine FabHotel property, despite being promoted as one by FabHotels. I booked this via Goibibo, the property is nowhere close to a star-rated hotel. The rooms are very basic, poorly maintained, and do not match the photos shown online. There is also confusion regarding the check-in and check-out timings. Both FabHotels and Goibibo mention 12 PM check-in and 11 AM check-out, whereas the hotel staff insisted that the timings are 7 AM to 8 AM. The bathing water is salty, and the water supply was cut off unexpectedly on two occasions during our stay, causing significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, not even basic drinking water was provided to us during our stay. The toiletries provided were inadequate, just one Medimix soap and four sachets of Clinic Plus shampoo. We were two guests, yet only one towel was initially provided. After repeated requests, a second towel was given, but both towels were unclean. Only one blanket was provided at first. After requesting another, two blankets were eventually provided, but both had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom window glass was missing, which raised concerns about privacy and maintenance. When I requested a room change, the alternative room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite "No Smoking" signs being displayed throughout the property. Overall, the property is poorly maintained, does not match its online representation, and offers a disappointing guest experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting the standards advertised by FabHotels or shown in the online listings.
FabHotel Prime The Oasis
I called the hotel for booking and they told me 1600/- for 2 Rooms 4 people and that Offline booking can be made.I reached there by around 11PM and the rates were increased to 3000/-. So I made a booking for 2 rooms and 4 people through Agoda after full confirmation by the Manager sitting there. I showed him the exact price, rooms, number of guests, confirmed availability and No extra charges and he said Yes in everything but it took automatically for 2 rooms 2 people and then he said he can't do anything. I tried to request him that I did everything in front of You and it was an error from the technical side and requested to correct the booking details. But he said nothing can be done. I then called hotel customer care, management, etc and they told that they have raised request and I also made a Special request via the email provided to change the booking details from 2 Rooms 2 persons to 2 Rooms 4 people. But nothing happened and it was already around 11:30 PM by then so I had to pay 2100 instead of 1600 and also I had to pay 800 extra for 2 persons, making a total bill of 2900/- which was supposed to be 1600/-. I would want a Refund for the same. If not given I'll be forced to make a complaint in the Consumer forum.
FabHotel The Perfect
The hotel had a good rating on the website and was advertised as a new property. However, my actual experience was extremely disappointing. The first room allotted to me was in an unacceptable condition. As soon as I opened the door, I found food waste scattered inside the room and several cockroaches running around. I immediately informed the reception and requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The linen was dirty, there were paan/gutka stains on the walls, and the WC was in a terrible condition. I have attached photographs for your reference. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, hygienic rooms, and clean linen are fundamental expectations for any guest. The condition of the property was far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the photographs displayed on the website do not remotely represent the actual condition of the hotel. The difference between the advertised images and reality is significant and misleading. The experience was so unpleasant that I could not sleep properly throughout the night. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and will seriously reconsider using FabHotels in the future. I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken.

Despite having a confirmed online booking, the hotel initially refused to acknowledge it and stated that the reservation was not confirmed. Only after repeated discussions did they finally accept the booking. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress. Overall, the service, hospitality, and management were highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and expect the management to take immediate steps to improve both customer service and hotel standards.

My stay at Hotel Disa, Kolkata was very very disappointing, despite having in-house restaurant, no food was available for most of the stay, breakfast was refused saying the cook was sleeping, and even basic essentials like toiletries and coffee were not available. Tried contacting support regarding issues during my stay at their registered property Hotel Disa, Kolkata, but was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes without any assistance or response. Extremely disappointing customer support experience

When i paid for Ac room then why my rooms AC switchedoff at mid night till morning check out time. This is worst hotel ever the staff is not even turning ac on evern after multiple times calling them, they are making public fool. Pathetic experience. No air ventilation in room and washroom. Polluted black water which caused rashes and itching in all body. Room is smelling very bad. 1/5 star . Worst experience ever
