Terrible room, very small, bed sheets and pillow covers were torn, dirty and even stained with bloods, damp smell in the room, hotel didnt even provide one bottle of water.

Photo's ar fake ...no resturent nd roomer are unclean....it's not a hotel it's a guest house....no lift are there....

had an extremely disappointing stay at this FabHotel. We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons, and the experience was full of inconvenience and harassment. Initially, we were given Room 302, where the fan regulator was not working. After complaining, we were shifted to Room 301, but the water tap there was also not working. Later, around 10 PM at night, we were again shifted to Room 203. Changing rooms multiple times late at night was very frustrating. There were no basic amenities at allno soap, no shampoo. We were given only 2 towels for 2 rooms, i.e., one towel per room, and both towels were torn and in very poor condition. We had to go out in the cold at night to buy soap and shampoo ourselves. Not a single complimentary water bottle was provided. One staff member said there would be no charge, but later during checking and checkout, we were told that charges would apply, and we were forced to pay for a 120 water bottle. Staff communication was completely contradictory. Overall, the amenities are only for names sake. It honestly feels like this hotel is only hungry for money and has no intention of providing proper service. My money felt completely wasted. Very poor, unhygienic service. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I booked a room via FabHotel Silver Sky, Kalighat. The room was untidy and full of used utensils. No water bottle was provided. At the time of check-in, they gave us a very small room in poor and unclean condition. We requested a better room as mentioned in the FabHotel app, but the experience was still very disappointing. The pillows were used, no water bottles were given, the room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom taps were broken, and there was a bad smell in the room. If this is the kind of stay FabHotel is providing, then it is not acceptable. We are paying a huge amount and still getting rooms in such poor condition.

Don't go to this Hotel. The area is far from main road. No Pucca road. The pic uploaded in different website of this hotel is AI generated. This is way bad in reality than it is showing in picture.he misbehave with me and my family even with advance paid booking. Staff was illiterate and ghatiya and gadha ka sardar. He charged for extra money or else asked me to leave at night 11 pm. We were with our family and children. Even with our request, he was rude with whole family. Please cancel the licence of this hotel . He didn't agree to give refund also . He said fabhotel se bat kro . Jo Krna hai kar lo. Never stay here. They lie. Mai banaras ghum rha tha to kapde sukhane ke liye dala tha to call kr ke bola ki aake kapda hatao yahaa se tera baap ka hotel ni h. Mai bola ki abhi to fir hu aake hata dunga, but this mf fskers person gali diya bola ki room khol ke sara saman fek dunga abhi . Wo kuttr kr pilla ka pura family ka ma ka bhosdga. I regret paying 8000 to this shit place. Even the rooms and bedsheets and bathroom were not clean. Took one thousand extra money in the night . What else I could do. Aaj Tak itna gand ghatiya hotel ni dekha. Please refund my money fabhotel. Even if you don't refund , please delist this property.

When i reached oasis blue, they said oasis blue has no room. So why they took my booking and that person said we will you shift you to oasis yellow. I asked him why you took booking as no room available in blue. Worst hotel. And even fab hotel does not allow to talk their executive. Worst experience. Nobody should book this hotel. Worst app fab hotel.

Bed sheets were torn , pillows stained , asked the staff if we could check out 1 hour after the check out time.. he directly refused. Bathroom as so unclean , taps broken.

Too rude staff and no flexibility, Room is smelly bad everywhere the smell of cigarettes. Non- Smoker cant live there. Flash dont works well and not feasible at all

The ambience is not at all good. Even paying for the breakfast before hand in booking I was asked to pay for the breakfast. What a beautiful scam this is.

It was a staff room which we were given and I have photos that how dirty it was and I am not going to pay 1400 for that shit. I will posting this across all social media about the brand fabhotels.
