I recently stayed at FabHotel Shree Ram Adhar, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. What Stood Out: Impeccable Hospitality: The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the team was always available to assist with a smile. Clean & Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Prime Location: One of the biggest highlights is the location. Its situated perfectly for easy access to local attractions and transport, making it a great base for both leisure and business travelers. Great Amenities: From the high-speed Wi-Fi (which was very reliable) to the delicious breakfast spread, every detail seems thoughtfully curated for the guest's comfort.
FabHotel Olive Inn I
Although this was my first time booking through fabhotels, I pretty much liked it. The location of the place is very good (since Sector V metro station is near). Rooms, bed sheets, bathroom were clean. Overall my first experience was pretty good.

Review of Hotel Emerald, Ranchi (Stay: 21–22 February 2026) I checked in at 7:00 PM on 21st February 2026 and checked out at 7:00 AM on 22nd February 2026. The booking was made through the Agoda platform. Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Emerald was disappointing and far below expected standards. The deluxe room initially allotted to me on the first floor appeared to be one of the oldest rooms on the property. It had visible wall seepage issues and, surprisingly, no intercom facility. For any basic requirement, there was no direct way to reach the front desk from the room — a fundamental hospitality shortcoming. Upon raising the concern, the room was changed. However, after shifting and inspecting the bathroom, I discovered that the geyser was not functioning. This required another room change. While the staff did respond to my requests, the repeated need for relocation reflected a lack of proper room inspection and quality checks before guest check-in. In the final room provided, essential facilities were functional, but there was still significant seepage in the bathroom area. By the time everything was sorted, it was already around 10:30 PM. Instead of resting after a long day, I spent considerable time dealing with room issues. I have stayed at multiple properties across different hotel chains, and this experience felt as though basic quality control processes were missing. It appeared that rooms were being allocated without proper maintenance checks, leaving guests to discover problems after check-in. While I did not take photographs, the inconvenience and disturbance during a short overnight stay were significant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter room readiness inspections to avoid similar experiences for future guests. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to maintenance lapses and inadequate pre-check quality checks.

it was unexpected, first of all the room was not given according to the booking I book for the premium rooms, next he told that they will shift the room but no response I was waiting for a lond time they came at 5 clock in the evening for the shift , again they shifted the room but no key was provided when I ask for the key but no response I waited a lot and at the end I checked out

I checked the hotel on Agoda and visited the property in person before making the booking to see the room. The room looked good, so I went to the reception and completed the booking through Agoda. After confirming the booking, I left the hotel briefly for my work without checking in. When I returned about an hour later to check in, the staff member at the reception had changed. The new receptionist refused to allow me to check in and asked me to contact Agoda customer care instead. I tried to reach Agoda support at that time, but I was unable to connect due to high traffic on their support lines, as indicated in the app. Unfortunately, the staff’s behavior during this situation was very disappointing. Despite having a confirmed booking, my check-in was denied at around 11:00 PM, and the hotel did not provide me with a room. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, I hope the management reviews this issue and improves the customer handling process. Based on my experience, I would advise future guests to be cautious when booking this hotel, especially regarding late-night check-ins and communication with the staff.
FabHotel Binayak Inn
I had a very disappointing and harassing experience at this hotel. I booked my room one week in advance and completed the full online payment. But when I arrived, the hotel manager told me that no rooms were available. This was shocking and extremely unprofessional. Instead of giving me the room I paid for, they tried to send me to another building nearby. The alternative room was very dirty, very small, and completely unacceptable. After making me wait for almost one hour, they finally agreed to provide a room in the main hotel but only after forcing me to pay an extra 500. They did not give any proper reason for this extra charge. I had no choice but to pay because I was already stranded. This behavior is dishonest and feels like harassment of customers. Taking full payment in advance and then denying a proper room is completely unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. Poor management, rude behavior, hidden charges, and very bad customer service.

Room was Good. But staff behavior was very rude. There were no water in the wash basin in washroom. At reception they told me if you need food just call on 8 from intercom. After that i called them for towel and AC remote but they said ok. After that they ignored in between i went to reception 3 times for towel and AC remote but they provide me only 1 towel and no AC remote. TV was also not functioning. But the intercom was not working then i called on mobile no to convey the situation after that staff telling me it is working you should try then i called him to check but they deny. This situation again happens in the night time while ordering food. Again they started arguing and rude behavior. Very Pathetic situation. I stayed here with my colleague and one small baby. I wo;; not recommend anyone to stay here in this type of situation with very bad service. Also, I request Fab Hotel to look into this as this situation creates a very bad image in front of guest and also with whom you come to this hotel. I will highly not recommend this to any one.
FabHotel Kitchen Q Inn
We checked in at around 8:30 PM. There was no one at the reception initially, and someone arrived after about five minutes. After completing the formalities, the room key was simply handed over to us. As far as I know, a staff member usually escorts the guest and shows the room, but no one accompanied with us or showed us the room. The welcoming attitude and hospitality were not satisfactory. The room shown on the website did not match the actual room provided. The photos displayed online were quite different from the real condition of the room.The room was moderately clean, but the bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket were dirty and appeared to have been previously used. In the bathroom, the bucket already contained water, the bathroom itself was not properly cleaned, and the toilet seat was broken. Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance were disappointing, and it was not a pleasant stay experience.
FabHotel Nest
My booking was cancelled just a few hours before my arrival without any prior notice. I had paid for a premium hotel, but they unilaterally cancelled it on the day of check-in and shifted my booking to a much lower-grade hotel. When I contacted them for help regarding a refund or a room change, they completely ignored my calls and did not respond at all. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking with them.
