    "I had a booked a pre paid stay here with my family but to my surprise, when we reached the property, hotel was already booked.. the Manager cut a sorry figure saying all their rooms were already booked for a marriage .. it was terrible to here this alingwith my family and I was very angry at them cz they didn't even inform me this through phone earlier.. The staff refused to pay my money back in cash and asked me to call fabhotel customer care..They offered me stay at their alternate property which was much sub-standard and I didn't like it.. Though I understood that it was this hotel's mistake but I still called fab hotel.. After rejating the incident, Fab's customer care on charge told me that they are calling the hotel and asking them to solve the issue suitably.. However the call centre guy hung up the phone and even my repeat calls went to dumb ears.. Ultimately, the hotel manager offered me a better stay at a nearby property named Avadh Samrat which was very good but was insude a colony appx 1 km inside main road otherwise it was much better than this property.. Through my review, I would suggest not to book this property and rather go for Avadh Samrat which has much polite staff, big size rooms, good ambience, clean and tidy but a bit far off.. Selecting Royal palm was not a good decision I took as it led to this episode for me.. Even staff here were complacent and unprofessional.. the only thing goid tgat they did for us is that they agreed to book our stay in Avadh Samrat resort but that too after a long debate with them.. I'd also blame Fab hotel's customer care here who were unable to solve my issue even when I was in trouble with getting through my rightful booking as it was pre-paid while hotel gave away my booked rooms to someone else without even informing me !"

    "Here is a revised version of your feedback: --- This is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. The service provided by Fab Hotel, especially by Jyoti, was terrible. I booked two rooms, but the second room was only available in the evening, despite my early arrival at 6 AM. Safety was nonexistent. The owner and his friends were using abusive language in the waiting area late at night around 11 PM. The air conditioning was broken and took three days to be repaired. There were only five rooms per floor and no safety guard present. The route to the hotel from the back was poorly lit and unsafe. Basic amenities like toothpaste, soap, and hand wash were not provided. During checkout, the owner insisted that I pay in cash instead of through the Fab Hotel site, which was very unprofessional. Jyoti from Fab Hotel support did not answer any of my calls during my five-day stay in Patna. I have attached a screenshot as proof. I was initially told I would have to pay 12,700 INR but ended up paying approximately 13,200 INR. I have also attached the conversation screenshots. I will never recommend Fab Hotels to anyone in my group or company."

    "There is no hotel in the name of 'Saltlake Palace'. Outside the board the hotel name was written as 'The Olive'. No logo of fab even inside the room. Walls of the room were full of stains. Toilet was too unclean. Walls were full of dirt. Exaust fan was not working. Water outlet in toilet was partially draining the water. So, there is a water logging in the toilet. No toiletries. Water was dripping from the ac. Only two bulbs in the room from one switch were working; no night lamp. Regulator of the fan was partially in working condition. There was no mosquito repellent. Even after several request they haven't provide the mosquito repellent. I am really astonished how the 'fab' allowed such a awful hotel to enlist in their site. I stayed in room no 103 (delux room) for two days (23rd to 25th July 2024)."

    "I reached by 9:30 am so i was been told that i need to pay early check in charges i can understand that so i left my luggage and came again by 5:30 pm but the room given to me was pathetic , bad smell was coming packets of condoms were present in the cupboard, the wash room was hell , the commode waa filled with human feces and whole bathroom was muddy. I asked was water and towel but nobody provided ne, i cane down from the room and went to the market at 12:30 am to purchase water when i was returning i saw a person and he gave me towel. Till date this was the worst experience in Fab hotels."

    "The hotel is not good at all. Hotel is not maintained at all. Rooms are dirty, bedsheets, covers are dirty. Regular room cleaning service is not provided unless and until guest insists for it. In additio , they are forcing its guests to pay in cash in the hotel. Yo our utter surprise, our booked room was allotted to a couple for 2hours or few hours, when we asked for clarification, they said room cleaning service is going on. But ehen I knocked the door, one guy half opened the room and mentioned that they have booked the room for few hours."

    "Pathetic service.. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody, they even charging money for water bottle. staff was so rude. No familiar behaviour. Room was so so so small and there was no cleanliness.. when we entered the room the towel they give to us was not clean we told them so there staff was stating that "no ma'am this a clean towel" after so many time we told the same thing then they changed it. Washroom and room everything was very poor condition."

    "The photos provided by them on the website are wrong. Do not book the room based on that. Money will be wasted. I was booked a dulex room from 21st July to 23rd July. When I reached there, they said that the dulex room was not available and they would give me a premium room. See photo of premium room. When I complained, they refused to do anything. They will ask advance payment before seeing the room. Pay after viewing."

    "Pathetic service and lot of confusions... Half of the equipments in room were malfunctioning and as a result we need to move from room to room... So in effect we slept in 3 different rooms in 5 days... A room with a functioning teaser always comes with a damaged ac. The location and neighbour hood is unhygienic. The restaurant was a disaster... In totality, a nightmare...."

    "Good place to stay. Cons : 1. Rooms are not like the pictures provided by FabHotel app. 2. Room size is smaller than expected by the photos 3. Wifi on top floor not working 4. Food (for 2 people) was delivered in a single plate. Although promised to provide extra plate, they didnt keep it. Pros: calm and quite place to stay. Clean surrounding. Buffet has not much options but okay."

    "Room no 305 couldn't sleep because of lot's of traffic noise. Blanket was full of smell and dirty. In washroom all taps were supplying earth electric current complained but no action taken. Very dengerous for health. Also they charged 12 rupees extra for 20 rupees MRP water bottle.. 32 rupees. No RO water facility is available. Not recommended for fab platform. Anytime a person can die in bathroom if you are alone by electric current. Fab should check and should take action."

    "One of my worst experience..the hotel was terrible small room size, no tv broken almirah, broken door noob, broken bathroom fixtures. The bedding were not cleaned, it was dirty and filthy.The lifts were not operational in the morning dont know for what reasons. I had a booking for 3 nights but i checked out after day 1 but i wasnt checked out. They are just want money from the guest but no service. Post checkout i got a call from hotel that i have stollen a cell phone from reception. They tried to impersonate as Police office and tried to call me back to hotel. I had visited the local police station and informed them about it. They worst place to be in Varanasi. Would recommend not to visit this place"

    "The room was big and the price was reasonable. They did not put towls in room and forgot even after reminding the reception. The bed sheets were not clean and there was a big hole in bathroom door instead of handle. There was no cettle in room even though fabhotel site said there would be. Also, there was no hot water available in bathroom and there were wifi issues. The hotel is cheap but I will recommend booking other hotels nearby."
