    "Disappointing Stay: Lack of Basic Amenities and Unprofessional Staff I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of disastrous. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the hotel was not equipped to provide even the most basic amenities. The first issue I encountered was the lack of hot water in my room. When I reported this to the staff, they claimed that they were "starting the motor" and that the hot water would be available soon. However, after waiting for some time, I was told that I could use another room to take a bath. When I requested a room change, I was finally assigned a new room. However, when we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, the new room had its own set of problems. There were no amenities, such as hand towels or coffee/tea pouches. When I asked the staff for these basic items, they claimed that they were not available. The kitchen was also closed, and they didn't provide tea or coffee bags, which should have been in the room. The next morning, I woke up to find that there was no water in the room, not even cold water. The staff claimed that they would fix the issue, but it took them several hours to do so. Even then, the hot water tap only dispensed cold water. The room location was also poor, with loud noise from a nearby marriage function that lasted until 2 pm. The room was not soundproof, and the staff seemed unconcerned about the disturbance. To top it all off, the staff was untrained and unprofessional. When I asked for cloth hangers, I was told that they were not available. However, when I mentioned that the previous room had hangers, the staff reluctantly brought them to my room. The food options were also limited, with the hotel claiming that they were "out of" several items. They had vegetable sandwiches on the menu, but they mentioned they could provide only potato sandwiches. Since I booked the hotel with breakfast, I didn't have any other option. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a disaster. The lack of basic amenities, unprofessional staff, and poor room location made for a deeply unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

    "it was one of the worst hotel i stayed in my entire life, they misnomerly increase the price even on prepaid booking. we have prepaid booking for 2 rooms for 2 night stay when i reached hotel for check-in they make me wait for nearly an hour and afterward they rebuffed my booking while saying we have an order to not allow you to check-in, then i tried to contact with fab they said me tarrif has been increased so now we can't do anything you have to pay extra ammount they nearly doubled our ammount and as we miss our cost of opportunity we haven't left any other option so we have to pay them. even after providing that ammount we guys were not satisfied on there service part. after interacting with few more guests stayed there i get to know that they were also suffering from similar situation. (fab hotels + fab authority) make there business purely on basis of fate accompli they booked your room on lower price and when you reached to the hotel they quash your booking. we guys definitely going to explore legal way im respond of quashing my agreement (confirm booking is also an agreement) so you guys took careful steps while booking this hotel and booking through fabhotels"

    "Terrible stay worst experience everlocation too interior. Room had smart TV but no cable connection, Wi-Fi range not available on first floor. No intercom. No room service. No power backup in case of power cut. No restaurant in hotel, provided breakfast packed from outside (only puri sabzi) after 9 am. No toiletries kept in room, provided only after repeated asking. Despite all flaws, price is too high. Even home stay are better maintained at low cost."

    "I experienced very bad in this hotel. The location wasn't correct, and our plan was destroyed. Very far from temple and there was no Daba/Restaurant nearby it. very terrible place. What i have got the room that was not maintained well. The room which was used by hotel people get allotted. I am not recommending to stay with family. Price was very high, The best hotel nearby temple cab get it for the price had given it."

    "I wish, if booking.com would have allowed me to give ZERO star. Worst choice of my life staying with FabHotel. Just by keeping name Fab- it doesn't makes you Fab. If I'll start from the entry to exit- I think I deserve refund. 1st- they don't have card machine they only accept via QR or Cash. I'm not an Indian resident so I don't carry much of INR and also I don't use PhonePay or Paytm. 2nd- We were 6 guest and booked 3 rooms. In the rooms there were only 3 towels in total. Upon asking from front staff- they told me that hotel is fully booked and they ran out of towels, and the suggestion that I got from the front staff is- "Sir, I think you all are family, so you can share the towels" WTF. Who shares the towel- literally after a long debate for a minute or two they ended up giving me only 2 more towels. 3rd- I wish I can stop here, now, let's go inside the room- there were burnt holes on the bedsheet (here is the proof) in all the rooms, and also in the bathroom taps were leaking- and if you are travelling with senior citizens- guys there is no hot water services in the hotel. They told me that there is some issues with geyser in the hotel. If you ask anything- the prominent answer is there is some issues in the hotel. C'mon why on this earth you are running business if you have issues with your hotel. Guys, please avoid booking with so called FabHotel (not so Fab)."
