    "This isn't just a complaint against the hotel. It is one against FabHotels as well. While my stay at Shree Ram Aadhar was eventful, to say the least, it would've been much better at the original property I had intended to pay for. That's right. I was transferred to this property against my wishes and at the last moment. This transfer wouldn't have bothered me at all if it wasn't for the clearly inexperienced and untrained staff, absolutely no hygiene in the common areas, cockroach and mice infestation and a night long power outage that lasted till the moment I checked out of the property. These problems were only cushioned by the fact that the managing persons at this property were extremely understandable of the situation and granted me a decent rebate. Nonetheless, just a rebate isn't enough to compensate for the logistical disaster this was for me. Needless to say, this happened due to the incompetence and ignorance of the people at FabHotels who clearly don't think twice before transferring their guests left, right and centre. I must discuss the pricing situation to better emphasise on how little they and their 'policy' care about guests. I intended to pay 3.5k for the property I had wished to stay at and it was a decent one. They decided to transfer me to Shree Ram Aadhar while keeping the price unchanged. I'm so glad I paid only 2k to confirm my booking up until the point where I first witnessed what I was dealing with. I then decided to dial the helpline number to get a refund to the extent where I would be paying exactly half of the price for the original property where they apparently decided that the fair price for the new property was 2.7k. If it wasn't for the polite and genuinely apologetic managers who accepted the amount already paid, I would've given this experience zero stars and thrown in some very nice curse words. To defend the Shree Ram Aadhar guesthouse, or do the exact opposite, it must be stated that this is a brand new property. It clearly hasn't been operating for long and isn't very professional in its services. However, I do wish luck to the people managing this property. I hope they make the right investments and get the property to the level of the price they're charging for it. For now, their is much room for improvement."

    "Hospitality services are not up to the level, Restaurant Service is also not upto the level, Does not provide anything in the room, Takes more than 1.5 hour for everything. Only looking for MONEY nothing else. One bottle Rs. 30/- , no kettle to make hot water in the room. Overall Not good. You ask for food it will come 1.5 hour after. My breakfast was added for two persons but they did not give, when I reminded them they gave for one person not for the other person whereas it was added for both the persons. Worst Experience. Not good."

    "We reached hotel late evening about 10pm with prior information. Rooms were not ready even till that time. Finally I had been given a lower category room. I had booked an Executive room, was given a Premium room. Linen was dirty and filthy. A/C was not working. Staff was helpless and have said that this is only room available. I told them that I have paid full money in advance and room should be held/reserved for me. Staff said that they give away rooms if walking guest offer for money. Never had such a bad experience."

    "1st they charged us 68rs extra which was not showing in our app 2nd in the name of breakfast only they give you bread with no jam , and then when you ask for tea/coffee they say only 1 cup is available for 2 guest which just makes no sense. 3rd on 2nd day when we asked for different brkfast they said one 1 packet maggie is available that also without any veggies or eggs Totally dissapointing free breakfast Biggest scam after sharadda and rosevalley scam"
