Excellent hotel with clean room

This is one of the best Mid range hotels in Guwahati. The staffs and the room service is great and the rooms are very nice and clean. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay then you absolutely consider this one! ✌️

I especially loved the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the place a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. One of my favorite stays outside my hometown was definitely this one. The food service was very fast, and the hospitality from all the staff was excellent. The room was excellent, especially considering the price range. The rooms are very clean, and it's excellent value for money. For those planning to stay here, a small tip: if you're searching for the location on Google Maps, try searching for 'Hotel Hi City Inn' - it's the same building. Overall, if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Guwahati, I highly recommend booking this one without hesitation.

I recently stayed at the Hotel in Guwahati with my family and I must say, it was absolutely a great experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, specially the manager Mr. Rabha was so kind and a gentleman. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Overall was a great hotel to be in, must do visit.

Very bad hotel room lights not working properly no power backup

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone. We stayed for only about 5 hours as we had to leave for the airport. Unexpectedly, a few police officers came to check ID cards, which is not something we expected from a reputed hotel. Also, we were shocked to see that two simple veg thalis cost ₹626, which seemed highly overpriced.

I have booked 13 rooms in their hotel in 2024 August. Until our vehicle reach their property they havent even informed us that the vehicle will not go till the hotel as the road work is going on. From that moment onwards we started facing the worst part of their management without any help offering 26 ladies to walk through the mud to reach their hotel. And their rooms smelled smoke and weed and not at all all fresh as their staff were using the rooms. 20 of us checked out the place that moment itself and the rest stayed as they dont have any option. Then came their Dinner menu, very costly and not worth a penny. I strongly suggest not to book this place and not to make a fool of your self and your money

This is the first time in my life that after booking a hotel with paid online i had to pay extra money to the property. How do you feel when you reached the hotel after booking a day in advance and paying the whole amount online and the property manager said that they have no room available? it was 9PM I guess.. After so much of argument, they told me that I had booked a hotel for less than the rent of their hotel, and therefore I had to pay another Rs. 1000 extra to get a room.. Where else can I look for a hotel at 9 pm?? So I had to pay the extra amount. even after booking the hotel with breakfast I had to pay the amount of breakfast that I had..

Worst stay in my entire life, small conjusted unbreathable room, Dirty hard torn mattress, dirty Bedsheet, no proper light. Worst room
