Everything is good, the nature of the staff is good and friendly, the room service is also good, the room is also good, but issue in bathroom. So next time when I visit again, I will stay in this hotel.

Good things- Online Booking support is Good, only 25% amount to pay at the time of Booking. Comparatively economic rate. Improvement required- Credit card payment facility not working. Once Water stucked in bathroom.

Staff is very friendly / warm they go beyond and helped us whatever special request we made they provided bespoke services.

There was only one staff member at the hotel, and he was quite polite. However, the room had an unpleasant smell and did not resemble the quality of FabExpress hotels I have stayed in before in other cities.

Room was not cleaned especially bathroom. Room size so small, towel was not usable. No food services available in the hotel. Entry from ground to hotel is very poor. Staff behaviour was good. Communication system is very poor after booking the room, no one ready to respond on WhatsApp, mail and contact number mentioned on site is wrong. Mail reply was we will respond you in 48 hours when coustomer left hotel in 24 hours . I recommend to not book this hotel even not through fab chain.

I booked this property on MMT as it was shown as a three-star hotel, but the reality was completely opposite. The rooms were unhygienic, with a strong smell of cigarettes, dirty and used bedsheets, and no basic cleanliness. The environment was very unpleasant and far below even a basic hotel standard, let alone a three-star property. Adding to this, the behavior of the hotel staff/receivers was rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, they were arrogant and uncooperative, which made the situation worse. We immediately contacted MMT customer care, but they did not resolve our issue. Shockingly, instead of supporting us as customers, their approach seemed more in favor of the hotel. Because of such terrible conditions and unhelpful behavior, we were left with no choice but to check out and leave the property within just 30 minutes of arriving. This experience was extremely disappointing, and such a property should not be listed as a three-star hotel on MMT. I strongly urge MMT to re-evaluate such listings so that genuine customers are not misled in the future.

I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip, but when I arrived, the hotel owner told me that they had no booking in my name and that the property was actually under construction, so they couldn’t provide me a room. I immediately contacted Fab Hotels customer care, but they said they couldn’t help and asked me to call MakeMyTrip. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they tried reaching the hotel, but the owner refused to answer or speak to them. After making me wait for almost 2 hours, MakeMyTrip finally issued a refund. This was extremely inconvenient as I had traveled a long distance with my parents, only to be left stranded. To make matters worse, the hotel owner later said he had a “big room” available for my family but demanded a much higher price. This clearly shows that the hotel was running a scam.

I am not satisfied with you , because in I have already clear you that i will reach hotel early morning 6.30 to 7.0 there will be no extra charges , then hotel manager have extra charge for early check in . Always clear talk with customer, don't do business of you want cheat customer

Very very very bad property. Never see this type of wast hospitality. Staff is tooo much roude. Behaviour is too cheap. Charged for toothpaste. This all is earning points of this hotel. Give us ac room and ac is not working then he say koi baat nahi. Nahi chal raha m ky karu. Very bad experience
