Overall was good, there was smell in starting but after ventilation for 5min it got clear, tv was not recharged.

Day-1&3 was Good. Day-2 was bad, It Appeared, Between 8pm-12 Midnight, Someone on the same Floor was Drunk and Shouting and Yelling on someone , Even if My Door was Closed. That Yelling was completely Distrubing. Hotel should avoid allowing these Drunk People in the Hotel and atleast not on the floor where Family is staying.

It was the first time we used FAB hotel services but over all experience was bad, hotel is located in a colony with all the tourist destination far away which are mentioned close on your app, there was no hot water on first day, no proper cleaning of rooms (had female hairs on bed), torn pillow covers and torn towels, no mineral water bottles in rooms (even was not available when asked at dinner time), staff was not aware about the menu, limited options in menu with no non-veg, took long to serve lunch, asked hot drinking water on next day morning which staff at reception forgot to tell kitchen staff and realised same when called after 30 min (gave excuse that I forgot). On positive side, yes was able to get delivery of cake and non-veg food through zomato and staff maintained secret of cake which I orderrd for my anniversary surprise.

Worst experience staying in this hotel. Staff are very arrogant and unprofessional. They don’t even listen to your issues and whatever comes in their mouth will spell it out. Also this hotel is far away from the jaipur city. Food is way mote costly which doesn’t justify its worth. Overall staff behavior, location far from city, costly food etc made the stay worst hence I will not recommend anyone to stay there. Only good thing about this hotel is their one staff name “vikram sing choudhary” who’s genuine person, will understand your problems and try to resolve that. So if by mistake you landed up in this hotels just try to talk to this person he”ll make sure that all your needs are fulfilled.

The covid protocols were not at all followed. No one wore masks and maintained even basic cleanliness. Absolutely no COVID related proper sanitization. There was a total lack if service, everything had to repeatedly told and reminded multiple times, even for simple cup of tea, we needed to make 3-4 reminder calls. DTH and AC was not working when we arrived. It has to be rectified. Wifi never worked during entire furation if stay. All these basic checks should have been done before guest check in. Absolutely not worth and the location is also remote.

This hotel is totally waste of money, the rooms are smelly with dampness in walls and pillow cover with hole and quilt with hole, the images which are on website are different then real. I asked the fab hotel team change my room they said it is not possible I felt trapped by coming here

I stayed for three days, and throughout my stay, The hot water was not available and the intercom hasn't worked either. The air conditioning didn't work, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and even clean towels or napkins. Every time I reported these issues, I was told they would be checked, I was even asked to make a payment again because they claimed it wasn't reflected, which seems like a tactic of Fab Hotel to charge customers twice. I've sent 25 emails along with screen shot of paid amount, as Bank and Google pay statement and called customer care 10 times over the past three days, and even tweeted about the refund, but received one message saying that the payment wasn't reflected. It feels like the Fab hotel's main business is to take double payments from customers rather than providing proper service. I am still waiting for the refund, I will wait for 7 days if not received the refund, I will approach consumer court.
