Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Room was very dirty and small changed my room at night 11pm while i was requesting it since the time of checkin.. in breakfast they provided ony a paratha that too very bad in quality The next day they didnt even provided the breakfast as the fab and hotel charged me of breakfast for 2 ppl Fab hotel should look into this matter.. worse hotel ever stayed"
