"Totally different rooms then showed in pictures while booking. Broken furniture, dirty mattress and blankets. No toiletries or towel in room. Service was good and staff was friendly and supportive."

"It is the worst hotel so far,I made a booking from the mmt and it was clearly mentioned that unmarried couples are allowed so we came to the hotel and told them to show the room,they showed us the room and we liked it and then i told them that i already have the booking and already paid and then he was like oh you have to go downstairs and then said we don't allow unmarried couples as it is against our hotels norm after really showing us the room because they were asking for double amount of money as mentioned in the app,worst experience never book it online"

"Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
