Had a awesome experience, Room was neat and hotel staffs guide you all the time. Management also good , it's completely value for money. Hotel is very nearby RTC - Nellore busstand it's 400 metres away(just walkable) and other also all amenities nearby to affordable. Simply it's Feasible to stay

I enjoyed my seven night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro,bus and train to the airport. The staff were friendly,and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.

They asked for balance payment for my room at check-in, and when I wanted to pay by credit card, they wanted to charge me 4% extra. The breakfast is very poor - 4 small pooris with potato bhaji which want not enough even for the 4 small pooris. No tea or coffee with breakfast. The toiletries were very basic, only soap and shampoo of the pooerest quality. The towels were not clean. The taps on the toilet were leaking. The good part was the room was big and clean.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and full of issues: 1. Cleanliness was horrible Cockroaches were everywhere even on bed, making the stay unhygienic and uncomfortable. 2. Basic needs not provided for two guests, only one so-called complimentary water bottle was given in the room. If you need more, you need to pay extra. This is unacceptable because drinking water is a basic need, not something hotels should make money out of. At least two bottles and two towels should be provided by default, and unlimited drinking water should be standard. 3. Non-functional AC Despite booking and paying for an AC room, the air conditioning did not work. When I requested a room change, I was told that no AC rooms were available and only non-AC rooms could be offered. This is unacceptable, as guests pay specifically for the facilities promised. 4. Hot water issues Even though there was a big geyser, proper hot water was not available, making it completely useless. 5. Uncomfortable bed the bed was nothing like it appeared. It seemed to have a hard wooden base beneath, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable and disturbed rest throughout the night. Even after paying a good amount, the facilities and services were pathetic. This was one of the worst hotel stays Ive experienced with Fabhotels. The management must fix these basic issues and stop misleading guests.

Warning: Do NOT Book with FabHotel Orion, Hyderabad I'm posting this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had at FabHotel Orion. I had a confirmed and prepaid booking (ID: LX9HNY) for September 13, 2025. When I arrived, the staff denied my check-in, claiming the price I paid through the app was "too low." They refused to help and told me to contact FabHotels directly. I then spent hours trying to reach FabHotels customer support, but they were completely unreachable. This hotel did not honor my confirmed booking, and the company provided zero support. This is a clear example of extreme incompetence. A confirmed booking should be a guarantee, but with FabHotel, it meant nothing. I was left stranded with no help. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

It’s more of a DIY situation. The staff were impressively unhelpful – a true commitment to doing the bare minimum, with a sprinkle of passive-aggressive charm. Need hot water? Just ask 3-4 times, wait patiently, and maybe sacrifice a goat, and you might get lukewarm success. And checkout time? Don’t even think about staying an extra minute. Unlike hotels like Novotel or Taj that understand the concept of grace time, this place treats 11:01 AM like a crime scene. I’m surprised they didn’t call security. All in all, if you’re looking for an experience that lowers your standards in life, you’ve found your winner.
