We arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey, only to be met with one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. We paid for 2 rooms for 4 adults, yet the manager gave us only one room and expected all of us to adjust. This was completely unacceptable and a clear violation of what we had booked and paid for. The manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He assured us he would be available throughout the day, but instead shut down the reception, pulled the hotel shutter closed, and disappeared. Getting any assistance was nearly impossible, and whenever he answered the phone, he was dismissive and unhelpful. The room was in a pathetic condition: No telephone/intercom. No towels, soap, or basic washroom amenities. No drinking water, water bottles, or even glasses. Dirty bedsheets and poorly cleaned room. Unhygienic and filthy washroom. The situation became even worse in the morning when the hotel ran out of water completely. There was no water for bathing, washing up, or even basic use. To make matters worse, we had to go out at 5:00 AM searching for drinking water because the hotel couldn't provide even that basic necessity. For a hotel to fail at something as fundamental as providing water to its guests is simply unacceptable. This property should not be listed on any booking platform in its current state. The management seems to have no concern whatsoever for guest comfort, cleanliness, or basic hospitality standards. If MMT, OYO, or FabHotels have any quality control or accountability measures, they should immediately investigate this property and take strict action against both the hotel and its management. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would gladly choose it. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Stay was comfortable for access to Visa application centre at Hitech Metro station. Rooms could have been cleaner but locality was quiet and seemed safe for a solo woman traveler. Initially was given a room on the 6th floor which seemed very small and secluded as even lift access wasn't available. Then changed room to 2nd floor which also had a balcony overlooking some greenery which felt good. Staff were very helpful. Considering a single lift access, it would be good to have phones in the room to reach the staff incase of any emergency. Swiggy delivery was available which helped with food access. Good hotel for a quick visit to the city. Thank you

An absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the movement we checked in. The room was immaculate spacious,and the bed was supper comfortable. Great location for sightseeing. The room was well equipped with a desk and safe.Great service Thankyou Hotel Regal.

Perfect location right in the heart of the city ans close to all the major attractions. The room had everything i needed, with comfortable bedding and a grew view . Fast wifi made working from the room a breeze . Excellent value for money

When I checked in the TV was not functioning so the whole night I couldnt watch TV, but when I inform the next day, no one turned up till next day evening The room was fully infested with cockroaches i by myself had killed around 8 to 10 roaches next day when the Cleaning happened, they didnt even remove the dead. Cockroach and bins were not even cleaned I informed the reception to clean the room and to change the linen as the sheets were torn but the same line was used without changing the same torn Bedsheet was still lying till I checked out, not a good experience

The receptionist tone of talking is not good ,and they don't provide the amenities that are shown while booking ,and the main door is not good ,it makes noise when we close and open the bathroom door ,the AC is just working and the things are some what damaged ,please maintain every hotels to the same standard,so that I can book without a second thought if I see the brand of fabhotels

My stay at the hotel itself was pleasant, and the hotel staff were supportive and professional throughout. The real problem was FabHotels and the way their agents handle customers. Before confirming my booking from 15th19th June, I clearly informed FabHotels' agent, **Shyam Kumar**, that my stay depended on two conditions: early check-in at 6:00 AM and late check-out at 5:00 PM. He explicitly assured me that both requests had been approved. Based on these assurances, I trusted FabHotels, completed the booking, and paid the advance amount. The reality was completely different. When I arrived at the hotel after a long journey, I was told that additional charges would apply for the early check-in because no such arrangement had been confirmed by FabHotels. The moment I tried contacting the same agent who had confidently made these promises, he became completely unreachable. Multiple calls and messages were ignored. There was no support, no ownership of the mistake, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This experience left me with the impression that FabHotels agents are quick to say whatever is necessary to secure a booking, but disappear when customers actually need assistance. Misleading customers with false assurances and then abandoning them to deal with the consequences is unacceptable. Because of FabHotels' negligence, I faced unexpected expenses, disruption to my travel plans, wasted time chasing support, and unnecessary stress that overshadowed an otherwise comfortable stay. The hotel staff deserve appreciation for their efforts, but FabHotels' customer service deserves serious criticism. My advice to future customers: **Do not rely on verbal promises from FabHotels agents. Get every commitment confirmed in writing directly from the hotel before making payment.**

Third class Fab Hotel, Third Class Via Nar Comforts Hotel (Chickpet, Bengaluru) and Their Services. Worst Customer Service of Fab Hotel. When we called Fab Hotel they don't respond for Existing Customer who already booked a hotel via Fab Hotel but when you select Fresh booking option, within a second they picked a call. Now Hotel Review, I booked Hotel Name Via Nar Comforts, Chickpet Bengaluru. In this Hotel both Receptionist (Day & Night) useless, No Good behaviour with Customer, Not responding on Customer Query or Escalations. In the Room No Drinking Water, No Handwash Soap, No Clean Bed Sheets, Everything you want call Reception for Water/Soap/ AC Remote, Even When call for Bath Towel, They gave me Towel in Torn Situation. I booked the Hotel with Fab Hotel Website and added Room with Breakfast for Both Day. On first day they Said in the morning We will check and confirm you in half an hour and second day also they not provide breakfast in Room. I said please refund my two Days Breakfast amount which you not provide to me and their Receptionist refused to refund. Which Hotel provide you a water, Soap, Bath Towel after Guest Calling, Which customer chase Hotel for Providing Breakfast, These are a Hotel Responsibility to customer happy. Even on First day when I go to visit Places in Bengaluru and returned to hotel my Room was not cleaned, No cleaning service done on my room. Now in future I can't book any room in Anywhere via Fab Hotel. Really Frustrated with Services. Totally wasted Money

FAB Hotel is a fake company. When you book a hotel on their website, their customer service officers will call you and force you to pay in advance. Since the rules and regulations of FAB Hotel Management and the hotels attached to them are different, we will have arguments with the hotel reception officials. The hotel we were staying at, Sri Krishna Residency, Nanganallur, had no lights, phones, or TVs working throughout the night. Only hot water came in the bathroom for a whole day, normal water didn't come the whole day we stayed. Despite contacting FAB Hotel customer service 42 times regarding all these issues, they have not spoken to us. Instead, they are working on new room bookings and forcing us to pay the deposit.
