Poor location, bed are not comfortable, the bed were sounding terrible bed like a low quality thing and room was not cleaned everywhere was spider webs and many more things. I recommend skip this hotel it's really worse

The room mattress and pillow cover was dirty and the room smell like a smoking area. Dear Customer Service,I am writing to formally complain about my booking experience at FabHotel Golden Eye Inn Nehru Place Market, New Delhi, for Order ID: 171-9998715-7201954 (Booking ID: NH11191441367000).My booking was confirmed for check-in at 12:00 PM on 5th November, but I arrived at the property at 9:30 AM and was asked to wait for arrangements.Despite sending my IDs and booking details in advance through WhatsApp, I was informed at noon that a hardcopy of my Aadhaar card was mandatory for check-in.This requirement was not communicated earlier; had I known, I could have arranged a hardcopy from a nearby cybercafe. I had the original PDF and DigiLocker government-approved Aadhaar, which is accepted at airports and railway stations, yet the property did not accept it.The reception staff were unresponsive and did not assist during my wait, and my calls to your customer service went unanswered for 15 minutes.Many other guests checked in using digital documents and WhatsApp photos, but my check-in was refused without a hardcopy.After spending three hours waiting, I was told by your agent that refund is only possible if MakeMyTrip approves it.The entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing, especially as rooms were not available despite prior online bookings. Offline walk-ins were also being accepted, creating chaos and privacy concerns.Therefore, I request:A full refund for my booking due to denial of check-in and lack of proper communication or support.Necessary action against the property for their irresponsible behavior, inconsistent document acceptance, and poor customer service.Clear guidelines to be provided for future customers regarding acceptable forms of ID (including DigiLocker and PDFs for Aadhaar).I hope you treat my complaint seriously and process my refund promptly.
