Room wall mirror broken. room mattress damage. bedsheet not clean. there is no hot water in washroom.if u want to improve your business then fix it. i had good experience in feb hotel but last stay was disappointed.

Worst hotel ever! the rooms are smelly, worn out, dirty, bathrooms are not clean. dont show pictures which you do not met the level of how you are.

I have met three people out there in reception area , and all the three stuffs are very humbled , they actually show what hospitality management really means, true example of being a hotelier... stay is awesome, rooms are perfect , very happy and satisfied.

The only plus is its vicinity to the airport. location is noisy, and the bed literally shakes at night when a heavy vehicle passes by in the adjoining road. and what do we say about cleanliness. the room was infested with cockroaches. the hotel is also understaffed, though whatever little staff they had were polite and available. overall, a bad experience

I booked this property for my parents, they reached a bit late, as there was traffic. the property had the restaurant closed, so they couldn't find food. also, the room wasn't how we expected, the fan was not working, bed was really bad condition. and so much issue, the property had only this room with ac working too. in all a pathetic experience. it's just near to airport the main plus point, rest all it's not worth it, so please don't put your hopes high.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
