"I came here for 2 days booking with booking Id w9uews and when I checked into the room it was pathetic as the bedsheets had stains and washroom had stains too, then I was requested to shift to another room , again the washroom was unhygienic with yellow stains on the commode and insects. Moreover bedsheets had marks on it , floor was staining. Still I thought I could adjust in this hotel and shift to another room but I must say there is no hygiene in this hotel. Still I cooperated. After shifting the room thrice, the AC was not working and I was sweating inside the room. When I complained about it they took 20min to get another remote of the ac. Still after waiting they got new remote, I thought the remote will work but again they said the temperature will not get lower , it will get chilled within 2 hours. After I took my luggage to the reception to get out of the hotel, the guy says that please call customer care and they will cancel your booking. After I called up customer the reception guy speaks on phone and says I can give another room although he denied the same to me. The hotel is managed by a bunch of people who have zero hospitality knowledge. And most important thing when I asked about his identification he clearly denied that he dont have any identification id. How can a hotel be managed by people without any ID? I request you to ask the property manager to show you the room in 5th floor live on video call and then you will be shocked to see the condition of the rooms being offered to us. I sat at the lobby waiting for my problem to be resolved. One executive said that she is changing the property and to be on the line so I waited for 30mins on call but after a while I got no response from her and I left the hotel. I am attaching the photo of the property and people who doesnt know how to behave and they are not professional. I am little concerned about the people who doesnt enquire about the hotel and just book it randomly. I had a woeful experience with Fabotel and I will never suggest anyone to come to this property."

"During the time of check in there was no any staff from Fab.One receptionist was there who told to wait for another staff .We waited for approx 30-40 mins but nobody came .Then that receptionist started the check in process.And also took photo in his mobile phone and told this is under Fab 's check in process but I have never seen before that type of check in process in any fab hotel.After that they did not provide any soap, tooth paste and mineral water.And morning time there was no any water supply in washroom.When we told then they start the water motor ."

"Hospitality services are not up to the level, Restaurant Service is also not upto the level, Does not provide anything in the room, Takes more than 1.5 hour for everything. Only looking for MONEY nothing else. One bottle Rs. 30/- , no kettle to make hot water in the room. Overall Not good. You ask for food it will come 1.5 hour after. My breakfast was added for two persons but they did not give, when I reminded them they gave for one person not for the other person whereas it was added for both the persons. Worst Experience. Not good."
