The hotel provided a positive experience, and a particular scene stands out: I recall moving a chair near a French window, drawing the curtain, and enjoying the rain. While the overall experience was satisfactory, the food quality was below expectations. We ordered Chicken pakora, Coffee, Bhat, Dal, Dim, hakka noodles, and Chicken manchurian, but the taste was not up to par. Improvements in this area are recommended. Despite this, the overall stay was quite pleasant.

Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

Drinking water is not available. You have to purchase mineral water. In the winter season, temperature is around 10--11 degree at night. But only one blanket has been provided for two people. A doormat is needed outside the shower cubicle and curtain is missing in the shower cubicle. No bathroom sliper has been provided. An electric kettle should be provided.

I just stayed in this hotel. Hotel is very good. Room is very spacious and location is fantastic. I am suggesting them to include some more items in breakfast. Will definitely come back when I visit Krishnanagar.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

The rooms are well decorated and spacious. But there is absolutely zero ventilation. U can't even stay without AC on in winter. Thers always cigrette smoke smell in the lobby/ passage due to ventilation problem. Parking is another major problem. They don't have secured parking even for a bike. I gave them 50 rupees for overnight parking in a safe place. I didn't ordered food as it was outsourced from some restuarant and very costly comparing to the locality. Didn't provide electric kettle. No free water. Supportive staff. The place is good but needs to focus on betterment

Bedsheets were not clean, it was dirty and full of hairs. We asked if it's possible to change the bedsheets. They said , bed sheets can't be changed as they don't have service staff. But they showed us 2 alternative rooms. And in those rooms bedsheets were even more dirty. It seems they don't clean bedsheets and pillow cover in anyroom. We asked please give us a washed bedsheet, we will change ourselves. They brought 1 bedsheet, That was also dirty and full of hairs. Finally we brought a new bedsheet from the market so that we can spend the night. Bathroom locks were broken. They didn't even provide drinking water.

Pillow covers were full of hair strands . Bed sheets were dirty and not changed until we had to complaint . Basic amenities like tooth brush, towel, hanger is not part of the room service. After complaining I was offered another room and to my surprise the bedding , bedsheet and pillows were dirty and used pillow coveres were not replaced . Its evident that the basic hygiene is not met in any of the 2 rooms that we stayed and also other rooms that were offered. inspite of complaining the Fab hotels customer service did not offer any solution instead kept offering different rooms where hygiene was equally bad. Didn't understand the logic or definition of customer service and to my experience they are not even able to address customer inconvenience inspite of sharing the images of the rooms.
