The stay was comfortable and well managed. The room was clean, tidy, and properly maintained throughout my stay. Staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help without delay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. The overall environment was calm and safe, making the stay relaxing and pleasant. The location is convenient, and the services provided felt worth the cost.

Rooms and beddings were super clean. Cozy bed. Best room at a good price. Suggestion - You should add shower in the bathroom.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The stay was decent but the hotel management demanded extra payment at check-in since there is apparently a price mismatch between Fabhotel app price and their actual price so I had to pay extra there. I hope the fab hotel team and local management resolve and make sure the customer don't fall in this mess.

I demand a full refund for my stay due to extremely poor and unethical service. No hot water; I had to bathe in freezing water for 2 days and fell sick with fever on 26/01/26. Dirty beds, no Wi-Fi, AC/fan issues, and staff argued instead of helping. Loud adult noises made it impossible to rest; this hotel is not at all suitable for families. Staff were rude, dishonest, and the hotel is tied up with OYO, which is disappointing. This stay caused stress, illness, and a ruined trip. I insist on a full refund.
