Puchne par bataya gya bahut hi achhi jagah hotel bna hai saf safai bhi hai staff bahut hi milansar hai call karne par turant room me aata hai khana bhi bahut testy hai rat me mane paneer butter masala magaya tawa roti ke sath bahut hi testy hai morning me aalu ka paratha 1 plt me 2 big paratha bahut hi haviy nasta ho jata hai options me 5 item rhta hai par staff ne bataya sabse mst aalu paratha hai mujhe bahut achha lga aap logo se kahuga ek bar food test karo injoy test thank hotel staff

I am very happy! The hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the room has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and royal I really liked the way the receptionist welcomed me The staff was very friendly and helpful The staff took really good care of us The facilities were comfortable and clean The rooms were clean The breakfast was delicious I also had lunch of Aloo Paratha with curd The lunch was very good Kadhai Paneer Paratha The mattresses in the hotel were very nice and luxurious They were comfortable I slept very well The hotel is in a very good location I did not have to search much I reached the hotel comfortably

First of all I booked this property through Make my trip and during registration care taker asked me mam you are regular here so why didn't you book this property directly. Secondly he told me sometimes rooms are not available so in that case it will cause inconvenience this time the room is available so you will get one. Then I told him I always booked this property through MMT and there was no trouble before. Then he told me let me see if you get the room next time if you booked through MMT. Thirdly there is a plumbing issue since I checked in under the sink and it is not resolved yet.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The rooms were fabulous, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was simply awesome, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The location of the hotel is great and adds to the overall convenience. It was definitely value for money, and I also felt reassured by their Covid preparedness measures. Overall, a wonderful stay experience highly recommended!

so one things which i can mention about the room - that is not as shown as in Pictures , reality is something different, my stay was at room no. 205 2nd floor , room is not clean , bedsheet have lots of holes and comforter also in a bad condition and coming back to AC which is running but colling is not there and remote is also not working , coming back to washroom - there is not shower gel Provided , washroom also not clean and towel which is Provided to me is also very old and in a expiry condition , in wardrobe there is no hanger available so that at least we can hang our Coat-Paint , in short Staff is good , Food is also Good but Property is not good or you can the room 205 provided to me is v.bad , overall experience is not Good and I'll not Prefer this Property in Future.

I am writing this to bring to customers attention a highly disappointing experience I had at one of your hotels a few weeks ago. Despite raising a complaint at that time, I did not receive any support or resolution from your side, which left me extremely dissatisfied. On my visit, I had to return from the reception itself due to the poor condition of the room and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The experience was so unpleasant that I could not proceed with my stay, which resulted in a complete waste of ₹1400. This was not just a financial loss but also a breach of trust in the brand that I had been loyal to. What concerns me the most is that the hotel is located in a prime location. A property with such potential should represent the best of FabHotels, but unfortunately, due to weak management and poor customer service, it is doing the exact opposite. If such issues are ignored, it will ultimately damage your brand’s reputation. Customers like me may begin to perceive FabHotels in the same way people view OYO, which has become a symbol of unreliable service. I have been a customer of FabHotels for the past year and had chosen your chain because of the trust I had in your standards. However, this experience has left me questioning that trust. As a loyal customer, I expect better accountability, stricter quality checks, and prompt resolutions when genuine grievances are raised. I strongly urge your management to: 1. Conduct an immediate audit of this particular property to identify the gaps in service and infrastructure. 2. Take corrective action against unprofessional staff and poor hospitality practices. 3. Strengthen your customer support so that issues are addressed promptly, instead of being ignored. 4. Compensate customers fairly when such incidents occur, as it not only restores trust but also shows that you value your clientele. I have attached screenshots of my review for your reference. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents are not repeated with any other guest. FabHotels has great potential, but without addressing issues like this, you risk losing loyal customers and damaging your long-term brand image. Please do not let weak management and poor service drive away those who have trusted you over the years.

Extremely pathetic property and extremely pathetic service. I booked through fabhotels and this is probably the worst place to stay. Rooms are dampy and gloomy. There are trees growing in their balcony through the cracks but looks like they never paid attention. Bathrooms are stinky with no hot water. When I asked them about it they said all the rooms in my line don't have hot water running. I asked them to provide some small bucket hot water from another vacant room then the same person said entire hotel does not have hot water available currently due to some issue. I asked to provide some hot water from kitchen but they refused. I paid for the breakfast but when I asked them about it in the morning they said the chef's had not arrived and they would arrive by 8 am and breakfast be served by 8:30. By 8:30 nothing was available and when I enquired again they just said it was in preparation. I was getting late to work so I checked out without having breakfast even though I had paid for it in advance. Hygeine is another major issue, there's trash everywhere as you can check in my pics. There wasn't any TV either, not that i watch it but still something to point out. Don't stay here.

Disappointing Experience with FAB Hotels – Not Recommended I recently stayed at a FAB Hotels property and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations: • Location Issues: The hotel was extremely difficult to locate. It took over an hour to reach the property due to poor directions and lack of proper mapping support. • Overpriced for the Condition: The condition of the property does not justify the price charged. It felt significantly overvalued. • No Parking Facility: There was no provision for vehicle parking, which added to the inconvenience. • Poor Customer Service: Post-payment, FAB’s customer service was unresponsive. They failed to provide contact details for the property and offered no assistance in locating it. • Lack of Transparency: Once payment is made, guests are left to navigate everything on their own, with minimal support or guidance. Given this experience, I strongly recommend booking through platforms like Booking.com, which offer better facilities, clearer communication, and reliable customer support. I do not recommend FAB Hotels and will not be suggesting them to others.

The stay was terrible and haven't met my expectations. There was an electricity outage for almost 2 to 3 hours. The washroom was dirty and almost soiled linen and when asked to change they said laundry se ese hi aata hai.
