I recently stayed at FabHotel Shree Ram Adhar, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be. What Stood Out: Impeccable Hospitality: The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and the team was always available to assist with a smile. Clean & Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Prime Location: One of the biggest highlights is the location. Its situated perfectly for easy access to local attractions and transport, making it a great base for both leisure and business travelers. Great Amenities: From the high-speed Wi-Fi (which was very reliable) to the delicious breakfast spread, every detail seems thoughtfully curated for the guest's comfort.

Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent Rooms: The hotel rooms are a major plus—they are good, spacious, and well-maintained. All basic amenities are available, including a full set of toiletries, which is always appreciated. The location is fantastic, situated right in the city center. It's only about 1 kilometer from the nearest metro line, making travel around the city very easy. The availability of a kitchen facility is a huge convenience, and the lift facility made accessing the higher floors effortless. The staff behavior was consistently good—helpful, courteous, and prompt. Secure Parking: Vehicle parking is available right outside the hotel as street-side parking, which is monitored by CCTV, adding a good layer of security. Flexible Payment: They accept both cash and UPI, which is convenient for guests. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi is available, but it was unreliable and had a persistent problem with frequent disconnections. This was frustrating when trying to work or stream. Average Food: While the kitchen facility is great, the hotel's food service (quality and taste) was unfortunately average. It was passable but didn't stand out. If you value spacious rooms, a central location, and friendly service, this hotel is a great option. Just be prepared for potential Wi-Fi interruptions and consider dining out for a better culinary experience.

"Everything was great about the stayclean rooms, good location, friendly staff. But the 20Rs water bottle charged at 31 felt overpriced, even after paying for the costly room,water should be on MRP or provide its own filtered water for free of cost."

Hotel was not at all up to Fab hotel standards. Room was not clean - there were cockroaches and even a rat. There was no provision for food as the cook was on leave. Check in was only done after full payment. All in all, not at all value for money and would never stay here again.

At first, my hotel was changed without my notice, that too after paying in advance. I paid only after looking at pics of hotel room and ambience. In this changed hotel, just because already paid, the service and welcome was terrible. I have to beg for my breakfast several times despite paying for room with breakfast. In any hotel the water is complimentary, here they said it's chargeable. Having no choice I said ok. Even after that I have to wait thirsty for water. I will never recommend this hotel ever to anyone. That is why I checked out a day before, even after booking for 2 days. Since I have good experience with fab hotel earlier, i will spare fab for choosing, kindly do not change without guest confirmation once booked and don't tie up with such dirty hotels without ventilation, no water, poor service, cold service type hotels. My hotel booking was changed from sector 92 to 102 without explanations. The hotel rooms were not like the one advertised in the site while booking online. The kitchen were closed for breakfast even though money was taken for the bed and breakfast. The hotel was still under construction and steps covered in layers of dust. Overall a terrible experience never to be repeated by booking any fabhotels room online. Would like refund of money paid for breakfast:-(

I want to share my exp was terrible. Room did not have air conditioner. Fan was working at speed of 3 . We were sweating inside the room. TV wifi was not working . Food as per our choice was not available. We had to order food from zomato. It charged us rs 650. Exp was terrible. I want my refund . Dont book hotel through Fabhotel site or thorough customer care. Definitely you will loose your money. One more thing in Gurugram don't book hotels via booking.com, agaoda ,etc.,. When you are going to check-in that time only you will realize that they won't consider online bookings..
