provided a wonderful and comfortable stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained by the housekeeping team. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were warm and polite throughout our visit. The food service was a major highlight. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious local and international options. Room service was prompt, and the kitchen staff accommodated special requests with a smile.

Stya is super fine. Management is helpful. Rates are very competitive. Handling part of system is very good snacks were too good. Protein bar they are offering work very much delightful and I think it's healthy as well..

Newly build hotel spacious rooms and nice room service with delicious food.

I recently stayed at Hotel Pratham Inn and had a bad experience. While the service was not good and the staff were rood the food was quite disappointing. It lacked flavor and seasoning, making it tasteless. I expected better from a venue like this they refused to give soap shampoo water bottle etc . I hope they improve their menu in the future because it could really enhance the overall stay for guests. very bad experience.i think they are not fit for hotel industry

Rat/some animal was running in Room fall ceiling side throughout stay and some other disturbing inhuman noises, even some concrete/soil fell down on face while in deep sleep at 2AM and no service like water, towel remote provided, Setup box/wifi not enabled in LCD

They have provided a room in basement and there was no mobile network, dampness/seepage odour, Fan was noisy and when I asked staff to change my room they were not helping in that. And when I contacted Fabhotels customer care they were worst than hotel staff no solution provided by them, showed bad behavior and he was saying I should talk to Airtel that why I am not getting network in hotel basement, seriously pathetic. when I booked the hotel directly from Fab hotel the representative told me I will get good clean room, clean towels and detail kit but nothing was available and later nobody helped. Then in the end I paid extra money to staff and got a premium room and that room was also not premium but better than previous one.

Real bad experience. I just booked considering it was A hotel associated with fab hotel brand. Please do continue giving such experience to loose your customers

This was a horrible experience! Rooms had a smell of Urine! Washrooms were full of stains and no hot water service was available! I travelled to Jaipur and had booked two rooms at this hotel for a night! My parents are senior citizens! Terrible experience!

**Very disappointing experience.** Booked and paid for **1 large/family room + 1 normal room** through FabHotels for my team of 5. Despite clearly confirming the room size online, the hotel provided **smaller rooms instead**, with one sleeping arrangement next to the washroom. Also faced **poor water supply, poor cleanliness, and no proper parking**. The hotel owner did not respond properly, and FabHotels support kept me on hold for around **30 minutes before the complaint was cancelled**. The biggest issue is the complete lack of coordination between FabHotels and the property. We paid for a specific room category but did not receive what was booked. It not only hamper my image among my team but also my team stay at very uncomfortable room. looking forward for my refund with apology from fab hotels. **Extremely disappointing experience and poor accountability.**
