"Approaching road is very steep, it's very difficult to locate the hotel. Basic amenities were missing. TV was not working. On approaching hotel. Owner was asking for extra money for additional bed even though the booking was made for three person."

"My booking was made on CPAI (Room + Breakfast + Taxes) but the hotel staff denied of providing the breakfast as they said that they haven't got any instructions from Fab Hotels for the breakfast. This is really unprofessional. I contacted the customer representative (Md. Saifi) who processed my booking but instead of helping, he gave me another no. and asked me to call at that number. For a breakfast, I can't keep on calling here and there. It's really unprofessional. Fab Hotels should refund my breakfast amount which they charged extra."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Hotel does not have its own parking space and they charge you extra money to have your car parked at a far away location also if you are coming from delhi you have to cross mall road as the hotel is on the other end of mall road.rooms were not clean and felt they havent renovated interiors in decades all n all not worth it"

"When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our hotel room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing."
