If your tall the then you should avoid this hotel. We were staying on 1st floor. Not clean and asthetic. In the toilet shower height is low. comode and washbasin distance is zero, you will endup hitting your right knee. cupboards were dusty and Floors too. our cloth got dirty. 500 ml water bottle were provided instead of 1liter. No restaurant available in the stay but they have room service. Near by no good food hotel or any outlet was available. In

Breakfast no verities, tea and coffee no taste

I'm really disappointed with the room in this hotel. The AC is not working properly! It's not cooling enough! The room is not clean! There is a spider web unattended! The lights in the room are quite dim. Washrooms are not clean! There is a bulb that's not lighting properly in the washroom and when I complained about it, the room attendant just acted as if he didn't understand what I said! Despite booking the room 3 days in advance, also informing about early check-in, they made to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes! It's located in a good location. Except that I didn't like anything in this hotel! I don't want to post the pictures! They are not worth sharing!

Worst hotel ever

Very Bad experience Room Size Not more than a 100 Sqft and Washroom Door height too small approximately 5 ft My height is 5'7" and i bumbed my head in it several times. This caused me to take painkillers for my headache.

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. This place has some serious trust and integrity problems. We booked the whole hotel for a two-day wedding well in advance, and it turned into a nightmare. The receptionist took an advance of INR 25,000 and deposited it into his personal bank account, then disappeared on us. At first, the management seemed supportive, but they pulled out the night before our guests were supposed to check in and made us pay back most of the money that was taken. They waited until the last minute to pull this move, knowing we wouldn’t have time to make other arrangements. When we confronted them, they denied any responsibility and blamed us for not being more careful. To make matters worse, one of our guests had their wristwatch stolen from their room during their stay. Honestly, I don’t know what kind of business they’re running here, employing what seem like thieves and fraudsters. The staff were generally rude and unhelpful, constantly hounding us about bills and payments as if we were the ones trying to scam them. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible Experience Wouldnt Recommend I recently stayed here for 3 nights, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The room was extremely dirty, and shockingly, the bed sheets hadnt been changed for over a month. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, they charged me extra for it. To make matters worse, the fresh linens they provided were also dirty and had a terrible smell. The bathroom was in a horrible conditionunclean and poorly maintained. There was a severe staff shortage, with only one person managing everything, leading to poor service overall. The water shortage at night was especially frustrating and made the stay even more uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying here, as the hygiene, service, and basic facilities are far below acceptable standards.

Do not ever think of staying here. I stayed at this hotel, just because of its proximity near a venue where I had some work and other hotels were either far or booked. The room was stinking, the door lock was non functional, the room had all sorts of insects inside, the linen was torn (even the replacements sent were torn so much so that when I increased by voice to sound displeasure,.... The new linen was got from their cupboard to replace the old torn, dirty linen). Add to this (and the reason behind my opening remark of this review).... The staff is not at all friendly. Everything for them is "Chalta Hain na sir", "Aap hi ho jo inta bak bak karte ho... Aur kisini Aisa humko bola nahi", "Sir.. Aap isko chalalo". Such an attitude.... I have never dealt with in the past. A big NO from me....

I have a terrible experience of hotel gargi deluxe . They have charged extra 1700 /- rs inspite of informing them to modify my booking and cancel my booking for one day. The hotel staff as well as the executive from fab hotels are adamant on charging the amount . I have requested them many times that I have checked out and modify and cancel my booking for one day . No one is listening and I have been charged the full amount . Rooms are dirty with cockroachs and mosquito there are no cleaning as well . I will not suggest to book this property . Kindly note . If in future they return my amount then i will think to visit again . Very bad experience at my end .
