Good service and clean rooms. The location is very convenient for staying, and there are many outside food choices available nearby

If your tall the then you should avoid this hotel. We were staying on 1st floor. Not clean and asthetic. In the toilet shower height is low. comode and washbasin distance is zero, you will endup hitting your right knee. cupboards were dusty and Floors too. our cloth got dirty. 500 ml water bottle were provided instead of 1liter. No restaurant available in the stay but they have room service. Near by no good food hotel or any outlet was available. In

Very Bad experience Room Size Not more than a 100 Sqft and Washroom Door height too small approximately 5 ft My height is 5'7" and i bumbed my head in it several times. This caused me to take painkillers for my headache.

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. I stayed here for a night as I reached in puna city at 4am in the morning. Worst experience, rude staff, toilets dirty. Overall rating i would give them is 2 out of 10. Stay here only if u dont have any other options.

Our experience with both FabHotel and Shourya Residency was terrible. The balance payment was much higher than the booked rates and when we asked for a justification, the hotel management was very rude to us. Even the customer care of FabHotels refused to help and subsequently stopped receiving our calls. Eventually, we paid the balance payment as per the booking rates and walked out

This place has some serious trust and integrity problems. We booked the whole hotel for a two-day wedding well in advance, and it turned into a nightmare. The receptionist took an advance of INR 25,000 and deposited it into his personal bank account, then disappeared on us. At first, the management seemed supportive, but they pulled out the night before our guests were supposed to check in and made us pay back most of the money that was taken. They waited until the last minute to pull this move, knowing we wouldn’t have time to make other arrangements. When we confronted them, they denied any responsibility and blamed us for not being more careful. To make matters worse, one of our guests had their wristwatch stolen from their room during their stay. Honestly, I don’t know what kind of business they’re running here, employing what seem like thieves and fraudsters. The staff were generally rude and unhelpful, constantly hounding us about bills and payments as if we were the ones trying to scam them. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

It was a horrible experience as the room cockroaches all over, doors were broken, bathroom window was broken, bedsheet were untidy, no support from the staffs. I won't recommend anyone fab hotels.

Terrible Experience Wouldnt Recommend I recently stayed here for 3 nights, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The room was extremely dirty, and shockingly, the bed sheets hadnt been changed for over a month. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, they charged me extra for it. To make matters worse, the fresh linens they provided were also dirty and had a terrible smell. The bathroom was in a horrible conditionunclean and poorly maintained. There was a severe staff shortage, with only one person managing everything, leading to poor service overall. The water shortage at night was especially frustrating and made the stay even more uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying here, as the hygiene, service, and basic facilities are far below acceptable standards.
