    "While booking on booking.com the hotel name was showing Fab hotel grand olive but actual hotel name is hotel Admire in. After booking immediately I was forced to make part payment and on reaching the hotel staff was forced us to make balance payment. I have paid 12971 to Fab hotel and rest at counter of hotel Admire In. There were pathetic conditions of room and washroom. No clean beds and pillow were smelling lot. My stay was totally terrible. Mosquitos were flying inside the room. My stay was including breakfast, but they said there kitchen starts after 0830 so got late for my office. Very next day they provide 2 small pieces of bread along with tea. In your menu, it is written WHOLESOME BREAKFAST, BUT this is serious cheating in that name. Most important I haven't received INVOICE OF 12971 and amount of room in invoice showing wrong. The towel was dirty hence not used. Very very pathetic experience. Please stop cheating and do some improvements."

    "Every time I book using Fab credits, the amount of Fab credits doesn't reflect in the hotel staff's system. Then I have to waste 15 - 20 mins calling up the Fabhotels customer care to have it reflect in the hotel s system. Next time onwards I will stop booking with Fabhotels if you can't take care of this simple thing. Why should the customer have to call separately again? Can't you take care of it? This is the second time it has happened. Remember customer has lots of choice, and in the hospitality industry customer experience will bring you repeat business. If you are incapable of understanding this simple rule, you don't deserve my business"

    "It was the worst experience ever. We were not allowed to check in because the tariff which we had paid (through booking.com) was low and the staff was asking for extra money! After more than 2 hours we were allowed to check in. The first room that they sent us to didn't have a geyser and the second room, their geyser was not working. The third room didn't have proper doors and just glass sliding doors whose locks were not working properly. Overall it was the worst experience ever and I don't recommend it at all."

    "This was my first experience staying in a Fab hotel and it lived up to the expectations. From the check in process to the complete stay, everything was comfortable and the service was commendable. We had some issues with the running water but it was fixed at a moments notice. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Recommend"

There was cockroach and other insects in room . Even on the bed couldnt sleep well because of that .condom wraps in the cupboard . Place is not clean at all . Food is way too much low quality and quantity . Disappointed with fab hotel services"

    "Rooms photos shown on fab app are different from the actual. By seeing the photos i booked the hotel.The hotel is old and the rooms don't look good. The bathroom was made using some partitio don't, the toilet seat was old, the bathroom heater didn't work on the second day, and I had to get the hot water from a common bathroom. The geyser was almost dead but somehow it worked on the first day."

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "I'm not happy with the service for several reasons: 1. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception. We had to go directly to request anything, even though the booking site mentioned that rooms included a telephone, towels, bath soap, etc. The reality was different. 2. I booked a deluxe room with breakfast included, but at checkout, I received a bill that included charges for breakfast. I specifically selected a room that stated breakfast was included. 3. We also had to pay for water. 4. The biggest issue was the long wait time for food. Once we ordered breakfast or dinner, we had to wait up to an hour, and even then, we had to remind them every 30 minutes to receive our order. Overall, this experience was very disappointing."
