"We had an extremely unpleasant stay at Ragu Residency. I would rate it zero stars for its lack of cleanliness and neatness, particularly the unsatisfactory condition of the toilet. The single television provided seemed to be merely a decorative item, as it had limited channel access. When we inquired about this issue with the staff, their response was dismissive, indicating a lack of concern. I strongly advise against staying here and suggest avoiding wasting your money on this establishment. Thank You"

"Worst ever hotel experience i ever had in life.Asked to pay the full amount at check in time. The behavior of staff sitting in reception got changed immedietly and behaving rude and threatening. I checked out after few hours itself due to this. He should be legally handled for this kind of fraud he does throughout here. Am so sad about the people still gonna book here. Rating 0/10. "During checkin, receptionist asked 20p extra payment. After arguing, he accepted checkin without payment. When asked about water, bathroom essentials like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, staff said they cannot provide it. Even towels were not available. When we checked room, it was just a bedroom of 10ftx12ft in a flat of 3BHK. Bathroom was not attached to bedroom, we had to go outside room to access it. Bedsheets and blankets were not clean and had stains on them. Apart from all of this, we expected a basic hygiene, but cockroaches in room and bathroom showed us hygiene conditions of so called "hotel" Not at all expected this bad experience from FabHotels and not recommended to use this. Two cockroaches were dead and they had ants all over them when we woke up in the morning. Staff did not respond to our queries at all..."

"Firstly the room was very dirty ,very small and not clean bathroom. In the room cockroaches roam here and there . No hygiene not only rooms even the whole floor and stairs you can see dirty. Also no inhouse restaurant. In breakfast included they provide some non tasty limited food arranged from somewhere in plastic container. the staffs are supportive but management and property conditions sucks . No proper parking"
