We had an amazing time at this hotel. The room was very clean and large. The bed was soft and comfortable. All the staff were kind and ready to help with a smile. The breakfast had a huge mix of fresh food, and the location was close to the main train station. I will stay here again!"

At first, they gave me a room with a super noisy fan; the noise was so bad I couldnt even sit there. After that, they moved me to another room where the bathroom flush wasn't working. Then, they gave me a third room where the AC was incredibly loud. To top it off, at checkout, they charged me double the MRP rate for a water bottle. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a property."

It's too bad hotel and washroom. Room is so tiny like a tin ka daba and all fab hotel isnloke that and fab hotel costumer behavior is too bad they not response any thing. I'm book 2 room for 3 guest it's very terrible for me. All night I think why I'm booked hotel from this shit fab hotel

Linen was smelling bad. Reception did not receive calls have to call again and again. Not all food menu was available. I left my charger and they say that it is not here.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Extra Charge and Unprofessional Behaviour I stayed at Hotel Oasis Blue, Bhopal. At the time of checkout, I was charged 1000 through UPI. However, I was provided a bill of only 400. When I asked for the details of the remaining 600, I was told it was a decoration charge. The decoration was done entirely by us using our own materials. We did not use any decoration service provided by the hotel, and no such charge was informed to us before or during our stay. When I requested a proper bill or explanation for the extra 600, the reception staff behaved rudely, ignored my questions, and kept saying, "Isse pucho, usse pucho," without giving any clear answer. I request that: 1. A proper bill and written explanation for the 600 charge be provided. 2. If there is no valid basis for this charge, the 600 should be refunded immediately. 3. Appropriate action be taken regarding the unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff to ensure other guests do not face similar issues. I have the UPI payment proof and the bill issued by the hotel as supporting evidence. Thank you.
