FabHotel Harmony

This hotel is around 6-7km outside of sangam area. there is no proper restaurant in and around here except for one which is closed for public use when the restaurant is reserved for some function. this hotel promised breakfast. we request the previous day to serve the breakfast by 08:00 am as we had to leave by 08:30 to catch the train. the care takers inspite of repeated request delayed and never gave the included breakfast even at 08:30. the reason he gave was he is getting it parceled from elsewhere which opens only at 08:30/09:00. there is no other restaurant nearby. there is only a bakery nearby which opens late. there was no hot water in the room and inspite of repeated request to provide hot water which the caretaker said would come after emptying 1-2 buckets we only received cold water and had to manage with it. this was as 07:00 in the morning. no adequate towels were provided by citing the reason that towels are in laundry. the bathroom of one room had a open ventilation window on top which was always open. so a big privacy issue too. overall i would not recommend this due to the staff behavior. rooms are descent however it doesn't have adequate amenities. the location shared by hotel during booking was also incorrect which made us wander around the city for quite some time. please like the review it its helpful.

Don't book them. if they can sell your room for higher price even though you made the reservation month or two before they will cancel it and will say it's over booked. and then you need to chase them to get your money back.

While we had booked 3 deluxe rooms and paid for them, , the rooms given to us had different amenities. one room did not have a cupboard or table. the rooms were full of mosquitoes. the electric kettles were not in working condition. the toilet in one of the rooms did not have hooks in the toilet. there was no functional kitchen. getting a cup of tea took 45 minutes. there were no tea bags or sachets in the room. the caretakers were nice, but not the level of service we have seen in other fab hotels.

Pathetic stay at fab hotels harmony, prayagraj. my entire family( 11 people ) went & we were with our elderly parents, aged 74 & 76. neither there was hot water supply in bathrooms nor the usual hot water flask were provided. bathrooms were very dirty & linens too were full of yellow patches !! there is no kitchen facility at all. no cctv cameras, no security guy. basically, it looked like a dormitory cum home stay. in top of it, they charged us unnecessarily for breakfast, although it was included in the itenary. very bad experience with fab hotels & the owner of the place shukla at prayagraj.

This time fab hotel completely bluffed. room rent was 2395 after many discounts, below is what i got. 1) photos shared in the app doesn’t resembles the actual room. 2) hotel was too old. 3) no restaurent facility available 4) hot water facility not available 5) no breakfast buffet available but they will arrange breakfast from outside. 6) in the name of toiletries, two small soaps were given 7) complementary tea or coffee were not given 8) no electric kettle was given. 9) service phone was not working i have taken snaps of floors and dirty bathroom that doesn’t match with pics in app.
