1 AverageLocation is good but apart than that everything was bad. first of all pillow cover and bed was not clean. second, everytime when we switched on the geyser it used to get tripped. in two days of stay i had to inform the service guys 10 times to switch on the mcb switch. few service guys were pathetic but few were good.Nijagun Gadagi, 6 Mar

1 AverageI stayed in royal stay inn prayagraj. booked through fabhotels portal. no parking was provided. had to park roadside.no breakfast was provided saying the cook comes at 10am. they purchased bun-maska from market and gave with tea in uncleaned dishes. wifi signal was terrible and did not work. shower gel was not provided. each bottle of drinking water was charged at rs. 25. room was dirty and the blanket had dust in it. pillow cover was dirty and ripped. no shower gel was provided. staff was uncourteous. fabhotels customer care complaint number is not working. very bad hotel and very bad service.S Srivastava, 10 Oct

3 GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 7 Dec
