Minor repairs will make the hotel a good choice. Repairing toilet flush, tv remote and intercom facility required. AC and Geeser were working perfectly. Pest control is required. No food and Beverage option is available, although it is showing during booking time.

Horrible experience with this Hotel I visited Pune to attend a Cyber security event and I booked Fabhotel only because it was the nearest option. I made the booking for 3 days. P.S. I am attaching the hotel invoice. On the day of arrival, my flight got delayed and I reached the hotel at around 12 am in the night. The attendant checked me in and took the entire payment. The horror story started when I went to my room. The room was full of small cockroaches. They were all over the place including at bed. There was no water in the sink and there was a cigarette bud in the pot. When I informed the attendant about the cockroaches, he said it couldn't be the case as they had done pest control 6 months ago only Then I took him to the room and when he saw the cockroaches himself, he said I can see other rooms. He showed me 10 rooms then and it was the same with every room. This is the first time in my lifetime I have seen hotel rooms in this condition. I immediately decided not to stay and booked another hotel. Now, the mistake I made was I did not take photographs of the room or make any video.The attendant told me that if I cancel the room before 9 am tomorrow then I will get the full refund. The next morning around 7.30 am I called FabHotel's call centre, one guy took all the details and said that they had noted my side of the story. Our ground staff will now visit the hotel and talk to the hotel staff to validate this.This will take some time and they will call me positively before 9 am. I went to the event. I did not get any call. In the event, there were internet jammers and network issues, so I could not call the entire day. In the evening when I came back and again called their call centre, I met a rude guy.He asked me to share the pics. When I asked have your ground staff visited the hotel. He said - yes they visited and there is no such problem. And when I said - did you try to contact me in the entire day to communicate this? To which he did not reply and said we can't do anything now. At most, I could try to refund for the remaining nights that's 1 and that was also the guarantee. The rooms were the worst and the customer support was worse than worst. Also, it was written Free breakfast but attendant said they do not have any kitchen. I have a horrible experience with FabHotels and now it's up to you to use your own judgement to book this hotel.
