"Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Inspite of my intimating them that will check in around 7.00 pm (almost after 7 hrs of check in time ) when we reached the room was not ready and we had to wait at the reception . The person on the front desk was absolutely rude and answered us arrogantly . My wife and myself are Sr. citizen and never expected such hospitality from the hotel staff. Morning breakfast they got in a plastic bag including the tea in a plastic ( that too cold ) and had no courtesy to give us bowls , plate , mug or spoon . We had just ordered idli , which we finally returned it back at the reception . Absolutely insulting way to treat a client. Overall the rooms were clean but the hospitality was very very poor. I dont think I can recommend your hotel to a any of my friends I am very sorry to convey this but after a days work we had such unpleasant experience. I hope you please improve the staff mannerism Thanks"

"The room service was not provided regularly, we ourself have to go and fetch water and towels. Linens were not changed regulary, for two guest only 1 towel was provided. Washrooms were smelly.The reception people were very rude, we changed our room as geyser was not working. The room that had smart tv with only youtube , tatasky connection was denied saying wither amart tv or tata sky. We had a pathetic experience for 7 days stay"
