Every interaction felt personalized, never scripted. The front desk staff, in particular, demonstrated an ability to anticipate our needs without being intrusive. They addressed us by name, maintained eye contact, and handled check-in and check-out with efficiency and politeness. Their clear, professional communication and willingness to explain every detail, from local transportation to facility access, made us feel valued and completely at ease.This exceptional level of service extended throughout the hotel. The housekeeping staff was diligent, always offering a cheerful "Good morning" and ensuring our room was immaculate, often adjusting their schedule to accommodate ours. In the dining areas, servers were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive, moving with quiet efficiency. One evening, I mentioned a small preference for a type of tea, and on the following morning, the waiter proactively brought it to my table—a small gesture, but a powerful example of their commitment to listening and providing truly personalized service.The staff at Starhood are more than just employees; they are dedicated hosts. Their consistent positive attitude, patience, and good manners transformed a simple stay into a deeply pleasant and relaxing retreat. They exemplify what "hospitality" should be. I wholeheartedly recommend the Starhood Hotel not just for its amenities, but specifically for its outstanding team.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Very bad experience. Its a total clickbait hotel. No staff no service. It is under construction and the images shown online are all fake. Wouldn’t recommend it.

It's a joke. I will have to be paid a very big amount to stay here again for a night The rooms are filthy and stinking. Cockroaches roaming around. They couldn't even find a clean bed sheet when asked to change. I asked them to take away the duvet and pillow and somehow got through the night. There is dust everywhere. They don't provide mosquito repellent though there are many mosquitos and they had several new All Out packs at the reception for themselves. Or clean water. They said you can order it on zepto. Same things have been said by other negative reviews. They are the only genuine reviews probably. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. Less said the better. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is terrible even by low Fab hotel standards.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever met in my entire life. Had booked this place as an emergency as I reached past midnight. The caretaker was sleeping near the reception and would not budge even once when I tried to wake him up, multiple times! stating I wanted to check in. Called fab hotels customer service and they couldn't do anything to reach the owner/ appropriate person who could help. I had to cancel and look for forward another place in the early hours (3am to 4am precisely) . Would never recommend this place and fab hotels to female travellers, please be vigilant of such places and services to avoid the worst experience while traveling!

All over india i visited a lot of fab hotels but this is the worst ever experience i had worst staff not even educated and not even polite to the customers the rooms are unhygienic, wash rooms are not even cleaned, beds are with unwashed bedsheets, and whole night there is no water in room when we asked the staff they will not even responded and shouted on the customers very rudely. NOTE. it is mentioned as fab hotel but it is combined with oyo aswell which is the worst part for family stay in notice they mentioned as no alcohol and no smoking but they are allowing the partys inside the hotel.

No standards followed. Fab Hotels used to have good standards and I feel this property is managed by som third class management. Will not recommend it to anyone. Bedsheets,pillow, duvet all stained like someone urinated. I had to move 2 rooms before settling for 1 room to sleep. Cockroaches move around like your friends. No standards FAB Hotels. Room shown on website are totally different than actuals.

I booked two rooms for my relatives. They complained that the room was filled with mosquitos and cockroaches. The bedsheet was not clean and hair and other garbage stuff were found on the bedsheet. This is an useless hotel and not at all worth booking such nonsense hotel. Wastage of money. It is not at all recommended to book this hotel.

The place is really bad and the washroom is super dirty and smelly, the first room they gave me had ants in them. And the receptionist needs to learn manners, first we had booked through fab hotel he said he can’t see it, without even checking, next day again I booked went back he was like no room again even though fab hotel told us nothing is booked. Scammy, rude and worst stay of my life.
