Staff is very professional.The hotel staff is very calm and good.all facilities are provided.rooms are neat and clean.

Staff behaviour is too bad..! I recently stayed at Hotel HC Mohali Inn for a family trip, and it was a terrible experience. The accessibility was poor, making it hard to reach the hotel. The food was sub-standard, lacking flavor and quality. Additionally, the hotel is poorly connected to nearby attractions, making our stay even more frustrating. I booked online expecting better but left disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel for leisure stays!

Very very bad ....there is no any service and the staff is totally disgusting...they don't know how to talk with the customers....there is so much hotels in Mohali but this is actually very bad .. No Ac service..and when we asked for Ac ...they said there is no inverter service. Torn bed sheet and dust everywhere No cleaning nothing is good in this hotel ..I lost my money for bad hotel..I stayed for 3 days but it was bad experience

The hotel experience was disappointing. The room was small and had a bad smell. TV and AC remote didn’t work, and only one towel was provided for two guests. Staff response was very slow and unhelpful. Overall, not worth the stay. I would rate it zero stars

Pathetic hotel, Fabhotel is doing a scam here by giving their brand but no experience go with it It all started with a shocker at 12am that one of the rooms is not available… when asked why not informed, they said they have informed FabHotel but no one cared about the customer (me) who paid for it. I had to fight with the hotel to get additional room… imagine my state at 1am reaching the hotel and realizing there is no rooms Rooms as such were pathetic, no hot water, stinking rooms No lift, when asked I was told they switched it off to save power. Overall a very pathetic experience… please avoid

Very bad experience … manager didn’t know how to talk … rooms were so bad and comforter is totally messed up and smell like vegetable … we asked politely to manager to change sheets but he misbehaved and asked us to leave the hotel at night … pathetic services …

It was the Worst experience in my life, firstly the hotel has no car parking we had to park in front of some other building and were told to take the car away before 7am of the next morning, the room was full of dirt water seepage of walls, bed sheet were dirty full of hair from the previous customer, the bathroom didn't had hot water when told to the manager he said rudely to keep the water running for 5-10 min hot water will come and then turned his back. Will never recommend fab hotel services to any one and instantly delete the app.
