Wonderful staff with helpful room boys. Rooms are nice and clean. Really worth for the price. The manager at the desk was very friendly calm and highly trustworthy It’s situated near LVPI. So I got all my work done peacefully. There are lots of shopping centers around. I am a Doctor from Sri Lanka and once again enjoyed real hospitality of this nice Indian friends. All the best Fab. I will visit you soon in next LVPI meeting

Room was clean and very spacious .Best if you want to stay with family. Owner was too nice and allowed me to stay with my parents even though I booked for 2 as my pg is near to that location.

Ideal for visit with family. All the employees are very cooperative, well behaved. Only problem is that there is no inbuilt kitchen. For tea also you have to go outside. Otherwise it's a nice clean place for stay in Hyderabad

Very poor experience. The staff was rude despite rooms being available. I was asked to pay an additional ₹300 for a 10 AM check-in, even though Fab had clearly confirmed there would be no extra charge. Basic facilities were also lacking — drinking water was not kept in the room and was provided only after asking twice. The room phone was not working, and the kitchen contact number provided in the in-room menu was switched off when I tried to place an order

I was denied room despite prior booking on Goibibo, also this is not a fabhotel. The staff's response was not satisfactory and things are not organised
