Very good, clean and safe place to stay. The staff (Mohamed Fahim) is very good at his job and helped us feel very comfortable by assisting us with everything we want at our door step during our stay at this place

Bath room shower not working condition , plug point damaged condition, TV Visibility not proper in bed condition, value of money but overall maintenance have to improve

Clean and Comfortable rooms. Professional staff. Impressive service.

Rooms infested with cockroach, lots of Mosquito. No pest control is done. Rooms hardly have any light, they are moist gloomy and stinking. Bed sheets are stained and not changed daily. Towels are not changed and they are dirtier than Floor mops. No breakfast facility, despite booking rooms including breakfast it was denied to me. Blankets were stinking like dog.

No1 fraud owner taking money extra not providing proper GST bill after many calls not responding please don’t take rooms. is too bad smell. Even you don’t get any service free. It is too hard night. 3 o’clock also, cleaning sounds be coming cheater my recent experience 15/2/2025 please cancel all booking no safety here

When we reached reception asking for an extra charge of 600 rupees, as I told him we booked online but no response. I have cancelled and still not receiving booking Amounts.

I will rate this apartment poorly because of the below reason. 1. Reception people were friendly in person and they will quote some amount. 2. Check the same in Online through Fabhotels or any other Mediator, you can see lesser amounts. I enquired, can I book through online . The response was like " You can book sir but when you book online we are not getting any commission. So, if I get any bookings in person, I will cancel ur booking and allot room for the people who pay commission". So, basically u need to pay some commission and you have to do this in person to get your rooms. Totally not worth it. Just travel 2-3 kms. You will get hotels in porur vicinity.

Worst hotel I been there couple times it’s feel nice but I thought working staff are worst they didn’t even know nothing there around 18 I think and especially in night around 2.30 they are running the washing machine I can’t even sleep there really they need to improve staff behaviour and i also recharge the dth with my own that promised to be returned
