⭐ Rating: 1 Star Absolutely terrible experience!! Please don’t make any bookings in this hotel. I had booked a room through FabHotels for 1 night on 7th August 2025. I paid ₹452 in advance during the booking (total amount ₹1,505). But when I reached the hotel, the property owner rudely refused to acknowledge the pre-payment and forced me to pay ₹1,307 again to check in. Despite showing proof and contacting FabHotels support, no help was provided. The hotel manager was ruthless, had no manners, and behaved very badly. I was basically forced to overpay just to get the room I had already booked. This was clearly mismanagement or a scam, and I still haven’t received a refund. I would rate this hotel in negative marks if that was possible. Extremely unprofessional behaviour by both the hotel and FabHotels. Avoid this property at all costs.
* CHOR HOTEL - FAB HOTEL* 1:-Very cheap class service 2:- rude behaviour. 3:- Cheap class of soap no shampoo no hand wash. My ratings for the hotel fab is Negative 10 (-10). I recently stayed at this CHOR hotel {fab hotel} in room number 215 from 17/01/24 to 20/01/24. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a matter that transpired during my stay. Unfortunately, I left behind my 80W charger in the room upon check-out. Immediately upon realizing my oversight, I contacted the reservation desk to inquire about the possibility of retrieving the item. To my dismay, the staff at the reservation desk denied any knowledge of finding or securing my charger in room 215. As a guest, I expect a reasonable level of assistance (Thay said AAPKO JO KRNA HAI KR LO) and cooperation in such matters. The denial of any responsibility or acknowledgment of the lost item is disheartening, and it has tarnished my overall experience at your establishment. I kindly request that you please avoid booking with a fab hotel in any city. don't stay at this hotel. And the most important. room service boy frequently asking for the money.
The staff misbehaved a lot during the stay. Initially they refused to change the bedsheets. In between they were not cooperative. The worst happened during the checkout. I asked them to give a bill. They could have politely rejected me or made me understand. Instead, one of the staff at the counter started yelling. Also, he asked me to get out of the hotel. His exact words being "Aapka ho gaya hai, aap nikal jao". I never expected such a rude behaviour. I know it was my time to checkout and I already had things packed. I was only waiting for the bill. Also while coming down using their lift, they deliberately made the lift stop somewhere in between two floors. It was very bad experience for me. I would never recommend this stay to anyone further. Also this hotel has a tendency to give away rooms to couples on a hourly rate and hence does not give much importance to bookings made online at a discounted price. They said, "Aapko room deke humara nuksan ho raha (They are facing a loss by providing us rooms as we were in a group and made the booking online)".
I was initially rejected check-in because of low tarrif. I had to wait outside in the evening in an unknown location plus Hindi imposition. No one is properly answering to my query in English and after waiting for more than 30 minutes after multiple times of calling to the customer care number I was cleared to check-in after extra payment initiated from your end. Firstly when you know the hotel person will not allow customer to check in with low tarrif why are you making a digital attempt to push customers opt for the room giving offers? And is it my mistake? I had suffered badly for at least one hour before this problem got solved. Please, for the customer's self respect and also a responsible application offering premium service to a valued customer don't repeat this. And the room at nidhivan is not up to the mark. No dustbin, no ac remote provided to adjust temperatures, stained bedsheets. Please understand I am a hardcore travel enthusiast and I had to suffer like this. I did not like the service.
Very bad experience for booking this hotel. I had book this hotel from booking.com the room photo does not match. I never suggest anyone to book this hotel. Despite of giving this much amount it is worthless. Room is very dirty, no proper service, ac remote not working. I kindly request not to book this hotel.
Worst, horrible, insecurity, unpredictable, dirty, unprofessional, cheap environment & all worst disgusting hotel I have ever experienced. Owner & staff all of are cheap minded. I stayed in this hotel, when i go out for my work at market in morning the hotel owner & staff opened my room without any confirmation. They rented my room to another persons for 1-2 hours. When I get back to my room at night there was a extra used towel and water bottle kept in the bed, ash tray & match box kept on the side table of bed. No daily cleaning, bed sheets are full of spots. Also they don't even change the bed sheets after check of any room.
After reaching hotel I was told by hotel that they are SOLD OFF and cannot provide room. For any query talk toMAKE MY TRIP as the hotel was book from there APP. Few minutes of discussion they agreed to provide room Room was not cleaned, used bedding was there on BED, it seems not washed since Days of usage. The only thing was good that was TOWEL, IT WAS CLEAN Next Day morning first I was told there is no breakfast, later after few Discussion they agreed for providing breakfast, and I was given 2 choice to select from POHA or BREAD TOAST, this is what they can provide. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY.
