The hotel is centrally located, well maintained, rooms are spacious and furnished. Room service needs to be improved.

Didn't like the construction quality, rooms design, looking too Old house. No catring service. Breakfast was too bad. Cheap quality of breakfast they were buying and servicing in hotel dining area. Overall experience didn't like at all.

However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by your team. Not recommended.and worst experience. Unprofessional and irritating behavior by the hotel staff,not at all satisfied by the behavior.Please donot take this hotel as an option to stay in tirupati.We just felt so uncomfortable.
