Good , keep it up , the exhaust fan was not working in our room , please check that, it was very difficult to hang the hanger in the wardrobe, the negotiating space was less , have a look on it , nice to see naphthalene balls in the shelf , the hot water was flowing continuously , great , overall fine

The room was okay and the location was good. Service at the hotel was also average. However, I am extremely unhappy with FabHotel’s customer support. Despite calling multiple times, I could not get any help for my existing booking. Their customer support process is ineffective, and it is almost impossible to get connected to a support executive when you actually need assistance. Due to this poor customer support experience, I will not be using FabHotel again in the future.

Waste of money. Paid for breakfast. Only one item served with out coffee or tea. Wifi very poor. No toiletries. Only one small medimix soap for 2 persons. No TV channels.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unjust Extra Charges for Check-Out Time Dear Fab Hotels Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the extra charges imposed on me during my recent stay. I had a reservation to check in on 16th March 2025 at 11:00 PM and check out on 17th March 2025 at 3:00 PM. This arrangement was confirmed by your customer care team prior to my booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by your team. I request a refund of the extra charges and assurance that such discrepancies will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
