Location was convinient to bus stop and railway station. Staffs were courteous. Overall a good stay .

Worst experience While check in process they said 1500 and after that they asked 300 rs more. They are not giving clarity about the prices I told them thrice mrg 10 AM I have my bus to go. Again while check out they asked more 500 rs for extra time. Total miss comunication. As per rules they have to update me for extra time charges they didn't. Worst experience Rooms and beds also tiny Bedsheets are dirty Over all personaly I don't like the hotel and their staff behaviour

However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by your team.
