2 AverageI recently stayed at this hotel with my mother, who is over 60 years old, and we had a pretty bad experience. there was no lift available, and the stairs were really steep, which made it hard for her to go up and down. we stayed on the first floor, but even then, we could hear the phone ringing at the reception from our room, which was quite annoying. the breakfast was just okay, nothing special. fab hotel recommended this place, but i honestly wouldn’t trust their suggestions again. the rooms were too small, and we found cockroaches inside. the geyser wasn’t working, so there was no hot water for bath. inside the almirah, there were yellow stains, almost like someone had kept food in there before we arrived. there were also a lot of power cuts during our stay, which made everything worse. overall, it was a really disappointing stay, and i wouldn’t recommend it.Monalisa Das, 20 Oct

1 AverageBooked through mmt, but they said they don’t have booking on our name & sent to another chain where their was no lift & old people had to go by stairs for 2nd floor.. we had early flight, so thought breakfast was inclusive in charge they denied while requested for some bread toast early.. overall a very bad experienceDivya Shree, 22 Oct
