I stayed in this hotel last night. Well maintained .highly impressed with the cleaning and staff response. Rooms are fabulous

We visited Bangalore it was an official trip. I went there along with my wife in the month of June 2017. We took a cab to reach the hotel from Airport. It is a 1hr journey from the airport to hotel. We had called the staff regarding pick-up facility. They said it is not available. The best way to reach is by cab. The location is well placed as there was an event conducted in that hotel. So whatever things required we would get it from the market nearby. There were food outlet like Dominoz. Other travelers will find it convenient as the markets are nearby. Even bus and cab are available near to the hotel. The appearance is fine. The exterior looks were good. However the interior was not matching with the exterior. When we look from outside we think the hotel looks good. But when we go inside the interior looks are not that good. The front office was average. They do not have any idea who is checking-in and who is checking-out. They are not aware of anything. They do not bother who is coming in and who is going out. It seems like reception area is there in the parking lot in the basement area. The service was terrible. It was sunny outside. When we ordered for water we would get it after 2 hours. There was no cold water. There was a lot of delay in any service. Moreover we had the language problem. The staff did not know Hindi or English. It was difficult to deal with them. The room is quite good. We booked AC deluxe room. The room has the balcony with AC. Even the interior decorations are good. We did not get some of the basic things like shampoo and towel. They are saying that a person has gone for a laundry service. He will come and provide the necessary things. This is the problem we face with service. We did not have food here in this hotel. There is restaurant facility inside the hotel. But we did not have it there. I will suggest they can have food here it totally depends on them. As I did not have it here. There is lift facility. There was an event conducted by the place where I work. We were in that event. I will suggest this hotel to other travelers. If they are going with family. It is not good. If they are going on business purpose then it is fine. They can improve on reception area and service department. They should understand English and Hindi very well. So there is no misunderstanding.

We visited Bangalore it was an official trip. I went there along with my colleagues in the month of June 2017. I reached the place by taxi. I have no idea about the distance between railway station and the hotel. The best way to reach the place is by taxi. They did not arrange for taxi if we wanted to go to other places. The location is average. It is difficult to find the hotel. The appearance is alright. The appearance could have been better. By changing the building color It appeared old. There is lift facility. There is no travel desk like no pick-up and drop facility for the travelers. The front office cooperated with us very well. The reception area was bad. The service staff responded with us very well. . We booked deluxe room. It was clean and tidy. It was well maintained. We had food in the hotels restaurant. We got complimentary breakfast. It was tasty and delicious. There were no special dishes. I will suggest other travelers to have idli. . There were no activities conducted by the hotel. I will definitely suggest this hotel to other travelers as well. I will suggest the hotelier to provide cab facilities for travelers. And for improvements they have to increase room quality they have to give prompt response. They should not delay in serving our requests. As we stayed for longer period of time. The staff should clean the rooms everyday. They should change the mattress. After I complained they used to clean. There is no facility for drinks. We should ask for the service staff they charge for the service. The hotel is in the cross roads there communication is difficult. People do not know the language. On a particular day I asked for non-veg food. They said it is not available. But then the service staff took cash from me and got the food. It is not convenient as I am staying there and I should ask the staff to get food from outside.

On a business trip with the family I visited Bangalore in June 2017. We reserved our stay in Fab Hotel RMV through online in Make my trip. Bangalore was average. The location of the hotel was very poor. The actual location of the hotel was in Matekere not in Yeshwantpur. We reached the hotel by auto. Travel desk was not there in the hotel. There was no parking facility in the hotel. The overall appearance of the hotel was good. The front desk of the hotel was average. Overall service of the hotel was good. The room we reserved was very clean and good. AC was so effective and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and there was no water problem. The service in the hotel was excellent when we requested for water at 11 in the night they provided immediately when tube light in the room was spoiled we requested them they came in time and resolved our issue. There was cleaning of the room on regular basis changing the blankets and towels which made us very comfortable with everything. The food in the hotel was good we had complimentary breakfast other meals we had outside of the hotel. The quality of the food was tasty and rich in quality. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and cooperative and they guided us to the places how to reach where we have to go. All the 3daysof our stay their service was satisfied. Lift facility was provided. I suggest to the hotelier to provide hot water or geaser in the rooms. We are planning to visit this hotel in future. Everything in the hotel was perfect.

The very best worst stay is fab hotel 1.There is no intercom in room 2. one car only parking inside the that's all other car there is no sapce in road only 3.Tv in room is not recharged 4.No soap and bresh and towel also 5.drinking water only one 1 lit bottle ur need more you have to pay 6.no cups and mugs 7.no kettle 8. I hope the fab hotel top management reads this and makes an enquiry into the working of this hotel. We had booked this hotel for a stay of 2 nights last week. Upon arrival the front desk gave us a room which was not cleaned after the last checkout. The linens were dirty and had shed hair from previous use. We had to stand outside the room while they replaced the sheets and cleaned the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I still have the soreness in my back from spending 2 nights sleeping on it. Spring Matress is old and sagging in places but the hotel management still hasn't done anything to replace them. The rooms are quite conjusted, but if travelling alone you can make do. If travelling family, then the rooms are not comfortable enough due to lack of space. Bathroom is clean enough and spacious.. On the 2nd day morning I gave the room key to the front desk and requested for a cleaning. To my shock they had not done it even when we returned in the evening! We had to wait outside the room for the 2nd time while they cleaned the room, again. On top of all this, the hotel owner is so greedy that he wanted us to pay full amount for the entire stay upfront, even though I had paid advance amount online while booking. The desk clerk kept giving us some excuse about how the app won't let him check us in without full payment. I refused and only paid at the end of checkout, i recommend you do the same also. I paid around INR 1500 including GST per night and they don't stock any water bottles or snacks. Any food or drink ordered through the hotel phone will have a premium over the mrp coz they had to travel to nearby store and buy the items you asked for. Overall my experience with this budget stay was horrendous. Recommended only if you're travelling alone to Bangalore. PS: We also found a bug in between the sheets.Photo attached.

Very very bad rooms, dirty and they stink. Also they will scam you and ask for more money at the time of arrival dispite already being booked over bookings.com. Both the Hotel and bookings.com are not to be trusted. I was managing the booking for my sibling's wedding guests at FabHotel Rove Inn. The staff demanded extra money on arrival, even though the booking was fully paid. The rooms were disgusting. When we declined to stay, the hotel refused to cancel themselves to avoid refunding us. I had to cancel the booking, leaving us without a refund or a place to stay. It was an awful experience on such a special day. Do not trust this hotel

I rather sleep at railway station than staying here, they Hotel staff and owner are horrible people. I strongly suggest not to visit here or any fab hotel

We booked FabHotel Rove Inn & Suites, Bangalore online for 3rd–7th (4 nights) after checking multiple platforms like MakeMyTrip and Booking.com, which showed good reviews, cleanliness, and breakfast included. Based on this, we made an advance booking and checked in smoothly without being asked for payment at the reception. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely opposite. The room was extremely small and unhygienic, nothing like the images shown online. Cleanliness was very poor, which was disappointing after a long day at the expo. Despite “breakfast included,” the hotel does not have a kitchen. Breakfast was simply ordered from outside and handed over, which is misleading. Due to these issues, we decided to check out early after the first night and informed both the reception and FabHotel support via email. We were bluntly told no early checkout, stating that since it was an online booking, only 1 night refund was possible as per terms & conditions—leaving us with no real option. The most shocking and unacceptable incident happened at 1:00 AM: The hotel owner repeatedly called and knocked on our room door, demanding immediate payment and threatening to make us leave the hotel at that hour. After a full day of exhausting expo work, this behavior was harassing, rude, and completely inhumane. Waking guests at 1 AM and pressuring them for payment is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This experience reflects very poor management, misleading information, and extremely unprofessional behavior. I strongly do not recommend this hotel or FabHotel management to anyone, especially business travelers. Please be careful before booking—online images and reviews are highly misleading.
