"Demanding money for additional bed Booked thro customer care phone enquiry before booking pay only 500 and assured covered car parking. But once reached no parking available however parked at road side. Hoped there is no standardized fee for additional bed currently 750. Why its deviating from customer care cost and facilities availability deviation. Early stayed at Ivory pearl bangalore and Hyderabad got good experience. However corporate with no professionalism in place."

"Firstly we have to change hotel room due to water issues. Secondly the new room was spacious enough, but other services was very bad. I had book this room for 2 elders and 1 13 years child.Still food was provided very little. I felt like because it was complimentary we had no respect. The breakfast was given at 10 o clock. Both the days Ac wasnt workong. I have decided to uninstal Fab app and wont go thru it again for any booking"
