Staff were very helpful + cost effectiveness

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....

Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended. I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I booked a room for 3 adults, but we were given only a double bed, which was highly inconvenient. Despite being charged extra, the room was extremely small and not suitable for three people. The service was terrible – I wasn’t even provided with drinking water, even after making multiple requests. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Even they did not give towels and bath soap. Nothing.. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As you enter the building you would encounter some sort of stinky smell. Please don't expect complementary breakfast, clean rooms and bedsheets,it's all a scam. Staff is not at all friendly. Pictures of the property on the internet is super deceiving. Don't rely on them and book your stay here. The services are very disappointing.
