The rooms are big and good Washroom have taps faulty and does not have geyser. Drinking water - no bottles water. It looks like they gave tap water. No toiletries were a available there.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of the staff at your reception counter during my recent visit. We arrived at your hotel around 2:00 AM, hoping for a smooth check-in. However, the manager on duty was extremely arrogant and uncooperative. Despite our polite requests and the apparent availability of rooms, he outright refused to provide us with accommodation. His exact words were: “Main nahi deta, jahan jana hai jao” — a highly unprofessional and disrespectful response. This experience was not only frustrating but also distressing, especially at such a late hour. As paying customers, we expect a basic level of courtesy and service, which was completely lacking in this instance. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure no other guests have to face such treatment in the future.
