"Inspite pf payment for 2 room booking with breakfast , hotel manager denied the breakfast ! This is so sad. You guys are way behind Treebo and booking . Com. For you this is very small thing but in long run these samll things can get you down. Hotel manager must be punished and weitten apology is must . Must pay for insensitivity and dishonouring contract ."
