Excellent property and attentive staff to take best care of coustomer s. almost all staff members are affable and assist guests in best possible manner.

I had an excellent stay at Rameshwaram guest house. Owner and staff is also very cooperative and gentlemen. I had left my valuables there but they responded so quickly and I got my valuables back in few days. Really appreciate the welcoming gesture from them.I will recommend those who are planning to visit Ayodhya dham to enjoy the stay at Rameshwaram guest house. Thankyou

It was terrible experience. It took almost 1 hour to reach hotel from main road. I had opted for premium room for 4 people but room allocated was very small and could accommodate only 2 people. After discussing with property manager and MMT team,I was given bigger room when I made additional payment.Condition of this bigger room was very bad and insects were entering from main door as there was abnormal gap.A window AC fitted in this room was ineffective and it was temporarily fixed without any plug. One of the beds was emanating creaking noise all the time. Room was not properly cleaned and big spider web also near washroom.I had paid for breakfast in room rent but had to convince properly manager to arrange it. Only Poha was served after lot of follow up from any outsourced restaurant which is beneath this hotel. Only 1 towel was provided and that too was not clean. In totality, it was pathetic experience.

First the booked hotel staff was very rude then my hotel got changed to Uma Ugal, Air conditioning was for whole night not working I made complaint no solution provided from Feb team, no towel no washroom suply provided, tea cattle was there in room but no tea/coffee pouch. Me and my family had a sleepless night. Worst experience ever, I request for refund the amount as promised.

Very cheap accomodation.not at all cost for value. It's like a old dharmasala. Even no towel z provided. Everytthing z bad except AC. No restaurant. Ground floor z a residence and 1st floor z congested rcption n rooms. Often no body z available in rcption. FAB group charged around 2400 for an accomodation worth not exceeding 1000 per room per night. It can not be recommended any further.. just worst experience..
