FabExpress Shree Ram Aadhar

Rooms are still not ready for guests. no ceiling in wash room. no towels provided. no water was available. no hot water. bad location. overall very bad experience.

This isn't just a complaint against the hotel. it is one against fabhotels as well. while my stay at shree ram aadhar was eventful, to say the least, it would've been much better at the original property i had intended to pay for. that's right. i was transferred to this property against my wishes and at the last moment. this transfer wouldn't have bothered me at all if it wasn't for the clearly inexperienced and untrained staff, absolutely no hygiene in the common areas, cockroach and mice infestation and a night long power outage that lasted till the moment i checked out of the property. these problems were only cushioned by the fact that the managing persons at this property were extremely understandable of the situation and granted me a decent rebate. nonetheless, just a rebate isn't enough to compensate for the logistical disaster this was for me. needless to say, this happened due to the incompetence and ignorance of the people at fabhotels who clearly don't think twice before transferring their guests left, right and centre. i must discuss the pricing situation to better emphasise on how little they and their 'policy' care about guests. i intended to pay 3.5k for the property i had wished to stay at and it was a decent one. they decided to transfer me to shree ram aadhar while keeping the price unchanged. i'm so glad i paid only 2k to confirm my booking up until the point where i first witnessed what i was dealing with. i then decided to dial the helpline number to get a refund to the extent where i would be paying exactly half of the price for the original property where they apparently decided that the fair price for the new property was 2.7k. if it wasn't for the polite and genuinely apologetic managers who accepted the amount already paid, i would've given this experience zero stars and thrown in some very nice curse words. to defend the shree ram aadhar guesthouse, or do the exact opposite, it must be stated that this is a brand new property. it clearly hasn't been operating for long and isn't very professional in its services. however, i do wish luck to the people managing this property. i hope they make the right investments and get the property to the level of the price they're charging for it. for now, their is much room for improvement.

I can't praise the housekeeping staff enough for their attention to detail. the room was impeccably clean throughout my stay.

The staff's genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction made me feel truly valued as a guest.
