I stayed at this hotel. It is very nice and the rooms are very spacious. I am very happy. It is very convenient for me because it is close to the airport. The management here is also very nice and speaks with love. If you have any need, if you tell them, they respond in a good way. So this hotel will be my first choice when I come again. The airport is just 20 minutes away from here. There is no traffic jam. The parking lot is spacious and is under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.

Terrible experience- full of bed bugs, rooms and washrooms not clean, linens were very dirty, even on asking not replaced, very arrogant staff. Manager was not reachable and not present. No one would be at the reception to contact. No security. Rooms are full of dust, spiders and bed bugs. No maintenance at all.

They Are Not Prioritizing Online Booking Properly Telling In Online We Have Facing Losses Like That

They dont have any breakfast and I booked with breakfast .First day they said they refund my food cost but at the time of checkout they denied saying ask from FabHotels.Really bad experience and bad behaviour by the receptionist staff.

I was denied the check-in at the hotel. They demanded extra cash for the room which I have already booked online. I faced many problems because of that and also not received refund. Please see this matter through, and provide refund atleast.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unprofessional and Aggressive Behavior by Hotel Receptionist Don’t Book this hotel unsafe for family I am writing to report a very disturbing incident that took place at your hotel around midnight (12:00 AM). The hotel receptionist behaved in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner. He came to my room, knocked on the door, and then began to argue and fight. He refused to allow me to close the door and forcefully pushed it, attempting to enter my room without permission. His behavior was threatening and made me feel extremely unsafe. Based on his actions and condition, I strongly suspect that he may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety. I kindly request that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be take

They don't even provide mineral water bottle Doors don't lock properly They call you every minute starting 11AM till you check out, very annoying Location looks tacky although interiors are decent

When I booked the room, I asked for early check in, they said it would cost me extra 500 but when I reached the hotel they asked 1200 extra and even after I agreed to pay they simply made up some reasons and didn’t give the room. I had to look for other hotel so early in the morning, it was a hellish experience.

Poor Maintenance. Bedsheets are very unclean with spots on bedsheets. Cigarette Smoke smell in the room. No water provided, after asking for water given unsealed water bottle. Booked the room with Breakfast but breakfast not provided. Room service boy is very attitudal as if we have booked the room for free. Insisted me to pay the money offline or else room will not be provided. Worst service ever experienced.
