The matress was very bad it was a spring matress the spring was so uncomfortable, I suffered a body and neck pain due to the cheap quality matress and pillow.

Terrible experience- full of bed bugs, rooms and washrooms not clean, linens were very dirty, even on asking not replaced, very arrogant staff. Manager was not reachable and not present. No one would be at the reception to contact. No security. Rooms are full of dust, spiders and bed bugs. No maintenance at all.

They Are Not Prioritizing Online Booking Properly Telling In Online We Have Facing Losses Like That

It was pathetic wifi was not of appropriate. Lizards were there in washroom, spiders were there, cockroaches in room it was terrible experience. Never had such an experience in my life.

Washrooms was not clean and dirty and there is no amenities in the washroom also towels were not in the washroom, washbasin tab did not have water

They dont have any breakfast and I booked with breakfast .First day they said they refund my food cost but at the time of checkout they denied saying ask from FabHotels.Really bad experience and bad behaviour by the receptionist staff.

I was denied the check-in at the hotel. They demanded extra cash for the room which I have already booked online. I faced many problems because of that and also not received refund. Please see this matter through, and provide refund atleast.

During check in we didn't get rooms because rooms were full. The receptionist gave another room 2kms from the hotel and asked us to checkout at 7pm. So I paid for a night and checked out in 4 hours. Worst service at its peak.
