"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, and there was no handwash provided. The staffs behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. The worst part was that I accidentally left my room key inside and stepped out for a short time. When I returned, the staff did not provide any assistance and instead charged me an additional 400 just to unlock the door. On top of that, they charged 40 for a 20 water bottle. Overall, I found the service and conditions to be very poor, and I would not recommend staying here."

To my relief, the hotel manager, Irfan, called me immediately to inform me. When I returned, he personally handed it back with great care, ensuring it was safe and secure.
