"We did not like anything about this hotel. The receptionist on 28th early morning 5am was very uninviting , unpleasant and gloomy on arrival. He took forever to confirm my Booking. The card machine was not charged and he was insisting on gpay or cash payment for which i denied and he took 10mins to charge the device making me stand with heavy luggage!! No room service . For a 3star hotel, they don't even provide drinking water to the room. the room service guy and receptionist was saying water to be paid extra 50rs for each bottle!! Nit included in the room rent!! the Room was damp. Leaking roof. Molded everywhere. abroken cloth hanger. Dirty pillow cover which i complained nd got it change. the duvet had hairs indicating previous usage and not changed. worst service. and worst hotel i have ever stayed!! Even the lift was dirty and sticky!"

"I would likely to give a five star rating for this residency as everything was superb and good including hospitality ,rooms, service, etc except one thing that I lost during our stay, ie, the sleep. We stayed here for a day on the third floor but we were experiencing very loud and harsh noice from the nearby building for every 15 minutes and it was really annoying and harshful. Due to this noice, we were not able to properly sleep during our stay, the loud harsh noice seems to be from the operating of motor/ac, not sure on this, but its very very unpleasant."

"Pls do look into the video attached. there was mushrooms grown in the rest room. Worst place to stay. Only the reception looked good. Room charge was too high for the room provided. Tv doesn't wrk Room was not clean and also a very compact small room at tat price. Not at all suggestable for stay. Room Service was gud. hope the hotel owner looks into the issues."

"*Disappointing Experience at Fab Savi Inn International, Malleswaram, Bangalore* I booked a three-day stay (Oct 14-17) through direct management booking, paying ₹1600 advance (out of ₹6310 total). My family (70-year-old mother, wife, three-year-old child, and I) traveled from Coimbatore. *Misrepresentation and False Promises* 1. Room mismatch: Actual room differed from WhatsApp photo. 2. Baby cot misrepresentation: Photo showed three-person capacity, but room suited only two. 3. No on-site restaurant, contrary to claims. *Poor Customer Service* 1. Rude staff refused to address concerns. 2. Unresponsive management: The hotel manager didn't answer calls. *Additional Issues* 1. No AC: Forced to pay ₹800 extra (total ₹7110). 2. No hot water: Staff showed indifference. Our nine-hour journey ended in disappointment. We felt exploited paying ₹7110 for subpar accommodations. "Yesterday I was there in a single room, second floor, room 202. After turning off the lights, I found a small camera like thing right in the one of the blades of the fan. I am sorry, due to that reason, I had to leave the hotel around 2 in the midnight. I was so scared, and it became more obvious because, as I wanted to capture the picture later, the light from the fan was off. I would never recommend anyone to stay here."

"I recently stayed in the room and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed sheets were old and not clean, detracting from the overall comfort. The most troubling issue was that I couldn’t sleep at all due to bed bugs. I would not recommend this room, its very badd! and also i have shared some pictures, please go through that."

"Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life here. The room was a complete nightmare. First, there were bugs crawling around, which is absolutely disgusting. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages—stains all over the bed, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole place had a foul odor. To make matters worse, the roof was damaged with visible cracks, and the curtains were stained beyond belief. As if that wasn't bad enough, I noticed spit marks on the walls and even found bubble gum. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this place. Overall, it felt more like staying in a run-down shack than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!"

"I liked the place. In the heart of Mathikere. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They have a restaurant however there are other food joints accessible here. The checkin and check out process was super smooth. Rooms were clean and most importantly the toilets. Hot water, cold water, no worries! I didn’t face any AC issues. The rooms were spacious enough. And Zomato deliveries are allowed."

"- Worst behaviour from staff. - Not a recommended place especially if your are a family. - Breakfast received too late by 10:30 am. - Place enquire about extra charges like early check in etc.. they won’t mention it beforehand and instead will prompt you to pay partial booking amount (which is non-refundable). So at the desk they will behave rudely and will say ‘you can take room or leave’ as they already have your amount with them and you will be charged an exorbitant amount which will not be mentioned beforehand."

"The room size is too small. The interior of the room should renovate . In the photo it looks like a big and fancy room. Complimentary food is also not unlimited. But food is high quality proportional to price. If you need good food choose it . If you are ok with small rooms choose it. Don't expect the same thing in the photo . You will never get it. The toilets are clean but not neat. Identified hair in the room. Sometimes it's smelly. Food eating outside and eating inside is having a difference of 43 percent. Eg : Vada , 35 rs outside room but inside it cost 50 Rs."

"Located off the Cubbon road & close the Bowring hospital. Commercial Street & MG Road are hardly 1.5kms away, on either side. The room was spacious but the maintenance was very very poor. The window hinges were broken & couldnt be closed. The roof & walls had mold formation which is a health & hygiene risk. Room service was poor. The room allotted to my family smelled of cigarette smoke. The alternate rooms offered to me were in worse condition. My requests for air freshner spray were not entertained. No toiletries kit provided. No tea/coffee sachets or electric kettle in the room. Room TV didn’t work. The quilt on the bed had stains. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place for a family. The only reasons I chose this hotel for my stay is because I had to attend a function at the Taj MG Road & wanted to stay close by. Also because the shopping areas (Commerical street & Brigade Road were close by)."

"An extremely unhappy experience here. An important reminder to people who book here, remember to get everything written and take photos of it. Everything in words, no of rooms, room type, room with AC, rooms with AC and remote etc. If possible don't visit here, you'll regret your stay experience. In detail info. Had spoken to the owner, booked a few rooms and paid advance, one day before had to deal with another person. Had an unfortunate experience of dealing with someone named Sanjay here, he was one of the rudest and unprofessional host I/our guests had met. We had booked AC rooms, we went and saw AC rooms and selected the rooms too. Paid advance, one day before Mr.Sanjay says that those are non AC rooms, we were shocked, later he says, we showed you AC rooms but we won't give remote or you have to pay more!? Later said, the price of the room increased because we were in need of it. He said it's 1800 then 1500, later said 1person staying is 1300, two people staying in a room . Luckily the owner helped out and resolved it. In short, this place has the worst management people youd meet. If you have no other option, stay under a tree rather than with the exploitative staff. Mr. Sanjay, hopefully you learn to be kind/sensible to others instead of being an arrogant prick."
