"The worst experience I ever had with a FabHotel. The lure of saving some money ~500, cost me a lot more. Location is pretty bad in front of the hotel. Shanties line the streets as its an underdeveloped area. Which is okay imo, people gotta stay somewhere; however ladies might feel unsafe. It is near Indiranagar, and SV Bus station along with 2 metro stations nearby. Thats where the good ends. No person at reception & no professionalism seen by the Manager. I was sweating while trying to find a person to checkin; which took around 20 mins. The whole interaction was stressful and the manager was very rude, condescending and unhelpful. At the very least, rooms have working AC, and fan. Now comes the worst part of the stay or whatever you might call it. The room had a horrible pungent smell which made me nauseous. When I switched on the lights, the sheets had dirt, hair and what not. Probably unclean, and recently used. The towel had dirty brown stains. When I picked it up, there were more grizzly dirty stains on the sheets, and the very thin bed linen. The mattress was squeaky as well. The walls were dirty, with stains of dripping liquids & gutkha, along with peeled out paint. Some sections were covered with dried out sticky stuff on the walls, and the headboard of the bed. I was so disappointed, that I just left after an hour of introspection. Booked my regular place which cost me 600 more than what I paid for this place. Meaning, it cost me double at the end of the day. Not at all a place for someone whos hygiene conscious."

"The behaviour of the staffs were very bad and rude. I had my stay of 12 nights, the weather was quite cool so asked for electric kettle or boiled drinking water to which everyday they used to say kettle is missing or unavailable so my request cant be entertained. As my stay was long I requested to change my bed sheets which was always turned down reason they havent received new bed sheets from laundry. Few of their false ceiling lights were not operational. Very frequently I travel to Bangalore but will never travel to this hotel again."

I requested a late check-out, and they graciously allowed me to stay two hours beyond the usual time. In the morning, they provided tea and breakfast exactly as I had requested. "I would likely to give a five star rating for this residency as everything was superb and good including hospitality ,rooms, service, etc except one thing that I lost during our stay, ie, the sleep. We stayed here for a day on the third floor but we were experiencing very loud and harsh noice from the nearby building for every 15 minutes and it was really annoying and harshful. Due to this noice, we were not able to properly sleep during our stay, the loud harsh noice seems to be from the operating of motor/ac, not sure on this, but its very very unpleasant."

"It's in some remote place. Kitchen opens at 8, closes by afternoon. Then open in evening. Early morning no tea coffee, afternoon no tea coffee, nothing nearby to walk over and have tea coffee, food. "I recently booked this place for 3 of my guests at what can only be described as a fake hotel, and I was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment we arrived, I encountered rude staff who seemed more interested in collecting extra cash than providing any semblance of hospitality. Despite having a reservation, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never mentioned during the booking process. When I questioned these charges, the staff became defensive and unhelpful. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The room itself was subpar—dirty and poorly maintained. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid the hassle! I booked this hotel from make my trip even they couldn’t able to help."

"Pathetic experience. Very old hotel and not maintaining well. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Broken doors, dusty smell. Reception side 2 boys gave room in terrace at first and after an argument they gave room in second floor which is also below average with conditions i mentioned above. Fabhotels should not include this hotel in their group. I moved to another hotel in morning."
