have visited many hotels, but this one truly stands out. The environment is calm and clean, but what touched me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The receptionists warm smile and heartfelt behavior made me feel genuinely welcome. Its the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. A truly heart-touching experience. The LED lights were not working properly, the ceiling cover of the washroom was open, rust pieces of the light bulb holder fell on and in the washing basin, cleanliness was not maintained, overall bad experience

Do not choose worst hotel- THEY'RE EASILY CAN GET INSIDE THE ROOM EVEN IF U LOCKED INSIDE. No safety for family or couple stay, Especially with ladies. Uneducated managers and receptionist's and, no responsible. They came inside the room when we are staying inside the room, they opened the door with master key without knocking. When I was reach out to receptionist as he is telling he is the manager but actually he not, worst fellow. Simply he said sorry sir that is our hotels management mistake, it will not happen next time it seems. I don't know how many times they done it earlier. My Dear buddies Think and choose right one, don't get experience like us. Camera's are not working.

No hot water at all....takes a longer than a hour to get just a warm water ..lower than body temperature....bad service( Actually no service at all...just handovered the keys for room) ...no toiletries....Wash basin sink was block...water flows on floors of washroom.

The rooms are not properly ventilated. Not all rooms have a balcony as shown in the pictures. The balcony is almost inside the neighbourhood apartment. It is not worth the price.

The hotel receptionist was very rude She was asking to pay extra without any reasons.. very bad experience never visiting again shame on them...

Worst place ever Geyser did not work, No basic stuff like Bath Towel/ Shower gel. No room phone. For same price - I could find Such a great place within same budget - Grand Falcon it’s just walkable distance (200 meters).

I went with my family and I had a really shady experience that I had to leave the premises immediately. I had booked for 3 days June 16 to June 19. I happened to checkin on June 17 12 PM and checked out within 15 minutes of checkin due to the bad state of the hotel. The hotel was so rusty and cleanliness was really bad. It didn't look like a 9.1 rated hotel in Booking.com. I spoke to the hotel owner and asked him to cancel, 17-19 booking and I'm ok to pay for 16-17 booking, he mentioned that I speak to FabHotels customer support as the booking was made via it. I tried reaching out to customer care multiple times, however the options it states does not state this booking at all, so hence feeling helpless and reaching out to you on mail. The Amount total paid is 6195 for 3 days. Please do the needful as me and my family has to rush out of hotel for facing this bad experience.

Hotel is good If you book without fabhotel app or booking through Fabhotel website thier services is worst, I have stayed in two cities and used Fabhotel app, one in Bangalore and another one is Surat Both hotels was franchise and more or less services was okay.. but I don't recommend book hotels using fab services they just takes their commission and once you booked they don't care about customer as soon as you paid the amount.. even I give my feedback to hotels not to use fab as a partner... Call and support team disrespectful talks, poor communication and lacks of responsibility..
